As someone in this thread said, 36-24-36 is a highly regarded ratio for female bust-waist-hip measurements. As I understand it, it cannot be compared to the mathematical version considering that the original golden ratio is a comparison of two values and not three. The golden ratio has been related to the human body in art, but a concrete base for comparison does not exist and has not been linked to beauty. The golden ratio itself was not defined relative to aesthetic value and any aesthetic value derived from it is subjective. I believe the OP used the phrase for of its 'golden' nature. Given that well-accepted aesthetically pleasing ratios like the rule of thirds exist along with the aesthetic value given to a female's curves, a well-accepted "golden" or ideal bust-waist-hip ratio could exist to parallel the mathematical one.

Yes... I asked for the input of several people before posting this thread to make sure it was appropriate. I was not aware that you considered public suggestions inappropriate. I will state that I would not have wanted to use staff as the basis for this change even if the ticket system existed because I am a utilitarian. This is an aesthetic change and I would not want to base its validity on the opinion of a minority. It is a very subjective thing. I can and have been exacting these changes on my browser on a client side basis. I thought that other users would also appreciate these changes. If I had not created this thread, I would not have gotten to know what they thought, nor would I have gotten to know that you consider your position here a matter of pride. Please do not threaten me. It makes me feel as if my input is to be shut down when it disagrees with your own.

I was browsing a Japanese dictionary and looked up words for 'devil' and/or 'evil spirit'. I found ma. I had a clever idea and combined it with with the word for wind, kaze, to form a word that meant 'an ill-favoured wind' or 'the storm sent by the devil'. It was an actual word. It was my first successful conjugation of the language and my first portmanteau in any language. I looked it up because I thought it would be a cool word. When I found out that it was a real word, I realized that it was also the direct opposite of kamikaze. Kamikaze means 'a divine wind' or 'the storm sent by god'. It is commonly associated with suicide and nationalism due to being the nickname given to suicide bombers in the Japanese air forces. If kamikaze represents the deity, self-sacrifice, and loyalty, then makaze represents the accuser, self-fulfillment and independence. I fell in love. The question was in the title for Question of the Day, September 2. Out of curiosity, what forum was it originally in?

I have this mental block where I won't let anyone watch something that is badly dubbed. There are no well dubbed anime on Netflix. You are out of luck.
