I am serious. Remember when you said that they hated you without really knowing you? Isn't it possible that it goes both ways? What if they just find you annoying and you write them off as haters the same way that you think they write you off as despicable?

Don't be defeatist! You have the power to offer your opinion. If this gains enough support, I'm sure the admins will do it. Both things will take five minutes to change, tops.

I hadn't cried since I was thirteen time until a certain film came along called Sacco e Vanzetti. It still makes me cry. I didn't cry after that until I fell in love. I think it has something to do with how close you are to the people in your life; how much you care about them. The more you have to lose in your own life, the more the losses of others affect you. The happier you are, the sadder you can be. Your emotions polarize when you have something to care about. You still have a spectrum, but the extremes aren't as extreme as those who are more emotionally invested. It can also be the opposite. Sometimes you are so full of feeling or have experienced such extremes that almost everything else seems like a shadow of true sadness. Complex stuff, emotions.

I am both surprised and not that a lot of you don't care about the avatar border. That one bothers me more than anything. Am I alone?

Simply changing the field name would not stop the games from going onto the next line. I'm not sure how they can manage that without changing the font size of the fields.

If you meant me: Ironically, I cannot speak as to why others do so, but I tend to speak as if what applies to me applies to everyone. If I am capable of something, everyone else is as well. 'You' means 'a person'. Goes along with my solipsist history. I don't think I stated anything questionable in that particular post.
