  1. The reason I think the Jugdral games are underrepresented is the visuals. More specifically the colors of the maps, just a glance at Google (I didn't play the game yet mind you) the games look very murky with dark greens and blues , which is a steep constant compared to  the later games in the series, especially the GBA games that followed, for the average gamer I'm petty sure that they could choose the brighter visuals.

The second reason is the art style. I know that art is subjective, but the artwork for the game feels like a 90's anime. Which may not be everyone's cup of tea having most of the guy rocking mullets.

Third, the games are dark. I know that the Fire Emblem series is one of  Nintendo's darker franchises next to Mother. But Jugdral goes into some adult places. With child hunts, more incest than the rest of the series, bleak setting,  and heroes who don't always win. It plays a hard sell to Nintendo, of how to market , compared to the other games in the series. That are my two cents on the matter.

I agree, it's quite painful to do the same maps over and over to finish a unit build. I'm trying to give my new Eirika 3 different builds and doing CC.1+2 only nets me about 275 SP while I need like 6k.

I feel the same pain, I have done the 9-10 gauntlet about eight times. Due to  completing the other chain challenges the day it cane  out. My strategy is to get most SP for three different team, while mixing up the composition to  make things interesting

  3. Peri Camilla, and Tharja are some of my favorite character from the series.

I am okay with Fire Emblem Warriors having mostly characters from the newer games.

The more "realistic" a character is, the less I find them interesting.

The magic triangle is too much of a niche to actually use, other than in Heroes

  4. Far from my least favorite, but still  uninteresting me for me is Xander's son Siegbert. First of all, entirely remove the origin of the babyrealms and being Xander's son. So his new origin he will be an ex member of the Noiran Royal Family. Due to the only way or him to survive the concubine wars was to be removed of his royal status. However, his still has a high  rank in the Noiran army due to Xander's influence. Because of Xander trying to cushion the impact of his removed title, he views Xander as the ideal  Noiran knight. To the point where he modeled his appearance and personality after him. Because of his past.  he doesn't consider the royal family as siblings due to his past, and considers Corrin to be a kidnapped Hoshidan prince. This way he can still use dragon veins, and look like a  younger Xander. He would still be a optional character to recruit . Any thoughts?

  5. The world ends with you, one the most popular games on the Ds that isn't produced my Nintendo, with a unique style behind it. Just thinking about gives me ideas of how to tell a story that is current to  modern society. Someday a sequel could be on the Switch.

Besides, dancers, what other units is Wing of Mercy good for in terms of defense teams?

Would it better on melee users or ranged attackers?

Current staple of defense team uses Xander with Quick Riposte and Camus with Vantage. I might out it on Reinhardt and replace Lancebreaker just for defense teams, but are there any other good users? (Defense Nino? Lucina? Noatun+WoM Anna?)

Usually Wing of Mercy  works well for class canons or tanks. Think of powerhouses like  Reinhardt or Lilina teleporting in to finish off the enemy., catching them of guard. That or slap it on Hector.

My question is for the level three version of skills such as Life and death, do you  raise the rarity from 4* to five? Or you find a rare unit such as Minerva.? Just want to  find the best way to not use up my entire feather supply.

I'll look into that build if I ever get a Brave Lance for her. I already have Ignis Lukas, so Oboro is kind of off the table for me :/

Just today I have pulled a 5* (+spd, -hp) Peri. I was thinking of giving he a Firesweep lance. Combined with either live and death, or Fury. Out of  curiosity of  how she would come out.

  8. After this week's daily orbs and completing most the 10th Stratum quest here are the results.  At least I have a (+speed, -Hp) Peri, being one of her few fans not to bad. Next up pulling a Summer Corrin, bonus points if I can have a good iv.

To be honest I'd be interested in IS taking another crack at the Gryphon Rider class mostly because I've never played awakening (though I have heard it's pretty meh to bad) and I'd like to see if that class was actually good. Other than that I can't think of many classes I'd want to return off the top of my head.

The reason the Gryphon Rider was terrible in Awakening was that it could only wield axes. limiting the usability, the stats were too balanced. Being a awkward match up of Draco knight and Pegasus  knight  having more skill and speed of the later but less strength and defense than the Wyvern Lord. It doesn't help  having poor resistance in a magic heavy game as Awakening.

The class could be improved by having better skills, and another weapon type probably daggers so the class can be an aerial support.

It's probably going to have a one word title tbh. Seems to be the prevailing trend lately.

By that logic the title could be:

Fire Emblem Coronation: If a young lord must become be a future king.

Fire Emblem Islands: If the game will have islands kingdoms.

Fire Emblem  Worlds: If the game is a crossover game.

Fire Emblem Reconstruction: It the game is going to  take place after a country have been crippled by war.

Fire Emblem Scrolls: If dragons wrote scrolls of power of humanity to use.

Triangle Adept with Quick Riposte is more versatile than Lancebreaker because Nowi will barely miss red kills that she really wants without the ability to double attack.

Fury with Swordbreaker is okay, but it severely lacks in coverage and should only be used if you need her to cover swords and only swords.

Triangle Adept with Quick Riposte it is. Thanks for the advice.

  13. Like majority of the ideas in Fates, Anankos could have been good. But by saying he is the mastermind behind most of Fates history cheapens Garon and Takumi as villains. It just that he is too powerful considering he can resurrect the dead, travel to  alternative worlds, and have can an army out of corpses. It just make me wonder why we just destroy the world, if that is his plan. But I do give him credit having a muti-stage boss is a good idea that can be in future Fire Emblem games,

  14. For me, I would say  Barst from the Archanea Series. I pretty much use him  in every game he is in. Many due to being the foundation for almost every ax-fighter in the series. High  Hp, strength, and decent speed.

Another character would be Cherche from Awakening. Being one of  the strongest units in the game, and being petty bulky.

    Why is she overlooked?

being underwhelming considering re-classing, and mentioning Minerva in almost every support conversation can rub some people in the wrong way, and no access to gale force

  15. After lurking this website since 2015. I decided to make myself actually create an account. The only Fire Emblem games that I have completed are 11,12,13,14, and 15. With playing the first  four/ fire hours  of FE 6,7,8, 9 and Heroes. All and all I know quite a bit of the series, and some day wish to complete every game in the series. I sure enjoyed the conversations here and wish the contribute.
