Kieran's average is 5.2. (Why only 4 votes when there are 6 for Astrid?) Astrid's average is 3.6. Day 35: Makalov He can get the Wing in 2-3 with Wind Edge then Killing Edge and be filler. He performs almost the same as Kieran in 4-2 with Hand Axe forge access in Tier 3 and a better Spd. He sometimes like getting super str screwed though, not to mention that BEXP doesnt seem to like his str. I give Makalulz a 5/10

I like that idea. But then there's the problem that not every player in the draft is going to have access to said patch...meh. I would love to play a fixed growth version of FE10 HM :3.

THIS. @ gafgarion- there isnt any RNG abuse involved in FE12 drafts as of late. Its just about having some OP unit clean up the way for Marth and full moving him every turn and using Rescue charges wisely. I rarely see RNG abuse in FE12 drafts.

Note that at least, my Miccys always tend to have 14-17 speed in 1-8. Then, get BEXP'd in 1-9 to either .99 or a few levels of more BEXP if needed. She needs at least 13 spd so that she can double everyone on the map with resolve. More than 13 speed is just making sure u dont have to reset much and to make the 4 turn a lot more reliable. Also, RNG screwage is part of the reason why I cant tolerate FE8 at times. My franz and vanessas always suck lol. Sometimes to the point of not being even able to beat a map. Like that draft I once did where Artur Nessie Colm Eirika all got super screwed and I couldnt beat chapter 15 and had to restart because of lack of units...fun times.

Why should luck play a part in who wins something? Are you both implying that there is strategy in getting a screwed Micaiah and trying to win a draft like that? Also, note that FE10 drafts require more considerable RNG abuse if miccy is not spd blessed...

Huh? FE9 oscar is never gonna drop to mid...or Nolan/Franz for that matter. I can see Raven dropping. Also, why is having a 20 speed miccy so bad? Its been common for a lot of time now in drafts to get miccy to decent speed. Everyone should be able to abuse their Micaiahs. If not, the person with the unlucky Miccy will instantly lose no matter what...

I dont agree. Of course, since its my TC we are talking about :p. But really, Oscar and Kieran only really did something in Part 4. And that was, shaving a turn or 2 in 4-2. The real culprit of that TC is me getting both Titania and Soren. I think CR's TC and mine for that draft should be counted. Since I imagine she can easily replicate the same results with another team and me too. We dont need Oscar/Kieran free.

Sorry. I couldnt get on yesterday. Except from my phone. :/ I will count Geo's average later. Day 33: Kieran The mighty axe dude with a horse. He has almost no use, pre-chapter 11. But he is a really good character in Hawk Army's 4-2. I give the axe dude a 6/10. Day 34: Astrid Oh man...where to start. Shes bow locked...In chapters with lots of enemies. She has horrid bases. The only way she is able to kill any enemy is with the Killer Bow in 2-3's base and she missed a lot of OHKOs anyway...BEXP tends to favor lck and other stats she really doesnt care about. A BEXP'd Astrid can sometimes be at base defense in Tier 3...Yeah, not cool. Then, she has all the disadvantages of Paladins in this game and has to go either Greil or Hawk in order to be effective. She can be good, even decent if you can get her to Tier 3. She can use javelin forges and Adept for decent offense. And she can Double Bow in Endgame with 9 move and 35 speed. Meh, not as bad as Fiona but shes still pretty horrible. I give her a 3/10.

He has enough HP to survive, mostly. It is annoying at times to keep him alive at first, but I have gone through the game in the 2nd playthrough without Hope ever dying. Like, ever. PS- My 13-2 copy just arrived *_*.

Lethe's average is 4.4. Day 32: Geoffrey He's free. But if he wasnt free, he would save a penalty in 2-3 to the one who drafted him and be an effective unit in 3-9. Then, he comes back in 4-5 and is almost completely unsalvageable. Err, he kinda sucks. +2 points for being a great unit in 2-3 and +2 points for saving 4 turns when drafted in non-standard penalty drafts. I give him a 2/10 in standard drafts. A 5/10 in old penalties which arent relevant here.

I dont find that much use for Haste early on tbh. Hope has the edge as a synergist for me because his protection allows me to beat monsters Im not supposed to xD. Haste is usually needed only after Chapter 12 and Hope gets Haste starting in Chapter 12, so...yeah. Sazh has his own merits though, like his OP Blitz and that 'fro.

Zihark is mad blessed everywhere except lck I guess, ridiculous character, MVP of the run definetely. He will promote in 3-6's base with BEXP. Leonardo has had decent level ups, I just wish he had ignored spd (and magic lol) a bit in favor of more str and def or hp. He will have some serious durability issues in 3-6. Hopefully thickets + crossbows + beastfoes will be enough.

Restarted from 2-P to do something I missed before. I gotta ask, is moving a laguz and shifting in order to reveal the boss in 2-2 a penalty?

You mean the ones in Mah'habara? It is extremely possible to beat it with the right paradigms even with only a decently leveled team. I just had Lightning/Fang/Hope. Lightning as a Medic. Hope as a Synergist and Fang as a Sentinel. At the beginning, cast every buff possible with Hope at the time including Barfire. Then, switch to a Paradigm that has Fang as Saboteur to slow down the dude and debuff him in general. You might not need a medic depending on your level. After hes debuffed enough, switch to Lightning(RAV) Hope (Rav) Fang (SEN) and build his stagger. Once hes staggered, switch to Relentless Assault to destroy his HP. You might not beat it in one round though. Cure yourself with Combat clinic if thats the case and be prepared for his nasty steel ball attack or w/e that thing is. Its like a missile lol I dont remember the name but it has the power to OHKO ur leader. So stay on the lookout for it. Repeat the above steps until hes down. Hope it helps. Also, it helps to cast Libra and use Fang as your party leader because she has the less chance of dying to his missile attack.
