  1. O.o I JUST finished this chapter and forgot about this being possible. I had her fight him, but didn't see a talk option. I'm on normal mode. She has B Support with Mist, but according to what you said, that doesn't change anything. I didn't leave Shiraham alive for more than a turn after I started to attack him though, so I wouldn't know about that. Sorry I didn't read this right before playing through the chapter (I saved over it already). =/ I hope I helped a bit.
  2. Sorry if someone made a topic about this, but I didn't exactly know what to search. Now for the question. Mordecai says that the laguz don't have a language of their own, so what language are the words "beorc" and "laguz" in? The beorc call each other humans, which shows that "beorc" isn't a "whatever language is spoken in the game" word. I understand that "sub-human" isn't a term that the laguz would accept but does that mean they just invented a random word to call themselves? I'm sorry if it's written in the game but I just missed it but I'd like to know. Thanks. :P
  3. I love the name of the run. xD Seems like a hard run though. Are you going to continue with creature campaign?
  4. 1st: See above 2nd: I like Mia :P 3rd: I'm training Mist on my current playthrough, mainly for later on in the game.
  5. After reading the topic about why people don't like FE8, I'm wondering why people like some Fire Emblem games more than others? I personally like FE9/FE10 the most because I find the plot and the characters are interesting. I also like how there are a lot of units to choose from to make great teams. I also like watching units grow and level up in general, it feels rewarding. I noticed that people like different things about Fire Emblem, so what makes it fun to play for you?
  6. Wow I just spent quite a lot of time reading through the 8 pages and the subjects discussed were pretty varied. xD I agree with whoever said that people didn't like FE8 as much as FE7 (I say FE7 because it's probably the easiest to compare since they're on the same platform and FE6 was quite different imo) because they played FE7 first. I've also played FE7 first and I don't like FE8 as much, but I still like it quite a lot. I don't get why people are so obsessed with difficulty in games though, I feel very proud after beating a Fire Emblem game because it takes me a while and I start to remember all the chapters and enemies I had to beat to finish. I remember all the funny moments like RNG acting strangely and the frustration of having to restart chapters. But that's just me, I guess a lot of people have fun being annoyed by very hard chapters. When I think of it, if so many people like FE8 less because of it's lack of difficulty, do a lot of people like FE5 the most because it's the hardest? (I never played but I remember FE5 being the hardest FE) Actually FE11 H5 is apparently very hard (didn't try either) but not many people like it. So I guess it's a mix of everything...?
  7. This is quite interesting, and I'd like to see which units you'll use to kill the final boss. I had troubles with the final boss on my first run since all my units were under leveled (highest unit was like 20/10 or something T.T). I hope you have fun doing this. :P
  8. Man I only noticed a small fraction of these plot holes/problems in my experiences with FE7. o.o Even though I really like FE7, I have to admit the plot is kind of messed up after reading this topic. I'd love to see more plot discussions about all the other games, pretty interesting to go through an entire game's plot with others.
  9. Best: Percival, looks cool, has a cool name and is an awesome unit. Worst: Wallace, never liked him much.
  10. Wow, this series is still up? That's pretty cool. Best: FE9 Titania Worst: Fiona
  11. Thanks! :D Never too late to wish happiness to others.
