  1. I didn't make any edits like that... I did have a couple romhacking projects involving the game though.

There are a couple hacks I know of for Gaiden, if you wanted to try them out. One was a difficulty patch, and one modified some items, enemy arrangements, stats, and the like.

There actually is an easy mode patch too, characters have higher growths and start with rare items i believe . I think there's a link on the main site .

  2. I consider epic moments the saddest ones, so for me, that's FE4 Chapter 5, FE7 Dragon's Gate (both Leila's death and the scene after Chapter 19), and FE9 Greil's death. I think there's a common thread here...

FE10 2-E would be so much more awesome if it didn't have Rolf and Shinon talking to each other for a minute. IMO, the scene would have been much better done if the arrow had just come out of nowhere. The bit with Rolf and Shinon totally killed the suspense. Alternatively, they could have just let Lucia die.

I actually really liked the conversation they had , i don't think i would like the scene nearly is much without it .

  3. Tiki is weak because she's always asleep and that's why shes always asleep . Apparently at full strength she has the power to completely destroy the world .hence why narga put her to sleep in the first place . He didn't want her going nuts like the other dragons and ripping the world into pieces . Narga if he and nagi are the same person was also weak when he/she woke up, and obviously he/she was once extremely powerful. So tiki is probably just as much of a demi god is narga is , she just always goes back to sleep before her powers can fully manifest. Same thing with all the bosses they're all so weak because they've just woken up. They're aren't fully recovered.

  4. Cain is like, an awesome unit. He's great in prologue even if its only for a chapter, and when he comes back, even if he's a tad slower for the next few chapters, there's always base arena. He Surprisingly makes an AWESOME pirate, I know a lot of other units do, but this guy has wtf spd growth and his str growth would be 55%, which is decent, I mean srsly, what is up with that? Actually, scratch pirate, go fighter. He gets an even better str growth and70% spd growth is STILL SOLID. Heck he can even go Knight and have a chance of getting +2 HP, AND 50% Def growth. Yeah his growths are definetly fun to play with.

See, he's also just a lvl away from getting promoted, and that helps his bases a bit. A bit of base arena training and he starts to do pretty well. He even has a better luck growth than Frey to boot. Tbh, his ONLY problem ever is his base stats and join time. If he had joined say 2-3 chapters earlier, he'd probably be much more useful.

    In short:

    + Awesome Growths

    +Awesome Weapon Ranks

    +Awesome Name and Mug

    -Slightly late Join Time

    -Mediocre bases at Join Time.

He still gets bias from me because he's one of my favourite Archaenean characters, so 9/10

mark me down for a 9/10 too.

Well, we already knew that Archanea/Valencia, and Jugdral coexisted, and now we have Iris on top of that. Elibe seems like a safe bet if we assume it's linked to Archanea through the Dragon's Gate and that the Ending Winter caused the catastrophes in Archanea starting in -1000, which all fits. Magvel and Tellius are the harder ones to place, although it does seem to fit that Tellius takes place long before the others.

Ike uses Ragnell in Spirit Talisman 3, so it's definitely programmed into FE13 as a weapon, and one hypothetically available to any sword user. We don't currently have any way of obtaining it, but it seems likely that we'll get it eventually. Alondite hasn't shown up yet: we've seen the Black Knight, but as a General in this game, he wasn't able to use swords. Worth noting that FE13 Ragnell still has 1-2 range and +5 Def, but it now has just 25 uses instead of infinite.

Well its been a long time maybe the goddesses blessing finally started to fade. if tellius really is the earliest in the time line that sword is ancient . its a wonder the sword is still even useable. All the other legendary weapons even the falchion ( which also has infinite use) need some measure of repair if you go by the markxluchina support . I imagine the ragnell is just in a need of a good repair .

  6. While my Wolt was RNG-blessed in my last playthrough, Klein is one of the better prepromotes. Plus, how the hell are you going to get someone to 20/20? Unless you arena abuse, that is highly unrealistic. I usually promote between levels 10 and 15, maybe 17 max. Trust me, it's unrealistic to expect to get a unit to 20/20.

I don't know about 20/20 but i always get my units to 20 before promotion, and i usually just stick pre promotes in the arena for extra cash . It really isn't that hard . I'm not saying its necessary or anything like that its just a pet peeve of mine. Most youtube letsplayers who play fire emblem games also seem to have the same habit. nick riddle is the worst I've seen ; Idon't think he has ever promoted a unit early.

  7. Read my review.

Tell me he's your typical crappy prepromote and I'll make sure you're known as a shitty user.

Excuse me ! What in god's name is wrong with you ? That is just uncalled for. if you want to convince be wendell is a good unit or have healthy debate with me that's all well and good . However i will not respond to such a personal attack . I will no longer participate in this topic. I apolgized if my first post game off as offense to anyone i didn't mean it to be . namaste...

  8. Still depends on the knight, though. FE6 knights are kinda shit at tanking on hard mode. Oswin is actually pretty decent to good at least depending on how fast you play, I'll give him that. Enemies are too easy to not tink off Seth in FE8 forever, so knights are utterly redundant for tanking, just for GBA references

I said bulky units like knights not necessarily knights themselves and yes i know knight's defense is usually over kill but like i said i'm paranoid I'd rather hear the clink then watch my unit die a death of a thousand cuts due to some awful random numbers.

  9. If you use chokepoint, why do you need bulky knights

I'm overly cautious and hate to restart chapters , so units who can sponge a crap load of hits have always appealed to me . Dodgy units and units with mixed defenses ( decent avoid with decent defense ) , always run the risk of getting rng screwed and biting the dust. Genuinely bulky units like knights rarely have that problem so I've always used them for all my choke pointing needs.

Edit- curse you auto correct !

  10. Move is pretty damn important. I only know one person (well, now two including you) that barely regards Movement to be important.

It's only really important in fe4, otherwise depending on one's playstyle it's not really that important. I personally don't really care; my strategies usual focus on forming choke points and then picking off the enemy units slowly for that reason I favor bulky units like knights and ranged units like snipers a lot more then most players do .

  11. Terrible bases , medicore growths outside of speed and skill and even they're lack luster . She has no reclass options because of her E rank in everything but bows and she's nothing but dead weight in her orginal class . Overall she's a medicore unit with little redeeming qualities . 3/10
