I can't decide on when I should start bexping volug . Right now he's level 22 with 15 strength 13 skill 10 defense 10 Res and 16 speed and about 26 luck . I'm debating giving him a speed wing and bexping him up a little but I'm not sure if I should .

Have you tried an other isos maybe the iso you have is corrupted . Look through this post and make sure everything checks out with your version of direct x and what not. If everything checks out try a different version of dolphin. I personally use the originally 3.0 32 bit despite having a 64 bit operating system . If trial and error doesnt work try posting your computer specs and problem on the dolphin or the emulator zone forums because they are far more knowledgeable then I am on the subject .

Do you have visual c++ basic installed or any other visual c++ program . What type of error message are you getting ? What game isn't booting up? Is it path of radiance because both path of radiance and radiant dawn need specific settings to work correctly. What version of dolphin did you download? 64 , 32 bit ? You might have just simple downloaded the wrong version .

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the general rule of thumb as if a character has less then 300 % total growths they should use bexp?

I hate LTC and efficiency with an intense passion but even I'll admit mist is a much better staff bot then Rhys and I really like his character .

Which version were you trying to use I couldn't get dolphin 2.0 to run and I have a fantastic computer . 3.0 however runs every game fantastic

I plan on having one of the herons spamming galdur in one chapter until he or she caps. I'm playing on normal mode so hopefully I can take the bexp hit . I guess I'll stay away from lyre and kyza but I like Lethe so she'll see some use . Can the herons fill up multiple gauges with their galdur because that would be a huge help . Which heron should I get up to level 40 ?

7/10 she makes a good mage or peg knight . I personally use her is a back up cleric . I wouldn't recommend her for the long tern though ; There are better paladins , better clerics , and better mages then her .

Which laguz should i focus most of my resources into i was think 1. ranulf 2.Jannaff 3. Ulki 4.Skrimir 5.voulg 6.vika . So can anyone recommend 5 other laguz for me to use. Some tricks and tips for a laguz only run would also help . The only one i can think of is resolve/savior on volug .

8/10 pretty good healer but that's all he is, he's slow and has paper defenses .So combat is out of the question. Still its nice to have a dedicated healer . Oh and plus 1 bias

7/10 good after he' gets a few levels but he's kinda a hassle early on . His bases suck ..

10/10 horse after promotion , lolsety, and pretty nice growth. The only real investment he needs is a leg ring . +1 bias edit : wait forgot lack of pursuit 8/10

9/10 good bases , canto , sweet move, and decent growths . He really pulls his weight . One of the best units in the game . I really like his character design too, the happy eyes closed thing always gets me . His strength isn't the best but axes after promotion is an easy fix .

Perfect 10/10, best availability of any unit in the entire game , great growths , and bases . I go pirate personally.

Dancers that could fight, a la Feena~

I've played alot of fe4 hacks with overpowered dancers it really doesn't matter much . Their primary purpose is to dance not to fight . All they need as hax avoid to dodge the occasional hit.
