  1. You end up getting rejected every time you try an S-support anyone. Petra, Ingrid and Marianne all wanna S-support me, but I likely won't choose to S-support any of them.
  2. It gets the echoes treatment, but they mixed up Caeda and Elice, so Marth's romance is him pining for his sister, Elice, rather than Caeda. It also becomes the only aspect of his character. My favroite character in fiction is unpopular.
  3. That screen is, lik,e the size of my brain! Holy cow...That hurts to look at, it's so small!
  4. I am of two minds of it-The muted music certainly suited the game, both in mood and gameplay, and the pieces that were more noticeable were almost universally superb, as usual. At the same time, I much prefer the soundtracks of other Zelda games and overall enjoy having brighter and more exciting themes playing in the overworld. Do you think that BotW 2 will have Tarrey town's existance as canon, and do you think that it will assume the good ending or the normal ending?
  5. Probably not a good idea during math class... And I've got cross-country running after this, and I have to bike home after that, so I won't be home for another four hours, sadly. Thank your for your concern, though! Thank you. I appreciate it.
  6. Nah, I'm okay. It's probably just hormones or something. I just feel really stupid, lonely and tired today.
  7. I'd personally want a Bazaar, much like Skyward Sword's. Give me Skyward Sword's upgrade, repair and brewing system and I am a happy man. Should a Zelda game get fully voice acted, in your opinion?
  8. Thank you, @Sooks1016. I'm feeling very down today. 😑
  9. You are forced to watch this ten times: I think that TH's story isn't very good.
  10. Hm...Exploring, I guess? I liked getting all the maps and piecing the story together. Should the next Zelda have traditional temples or keep shrines instead?
  11. Add all of the scores, (for example 5, 6.5, 6, 5.5, 6, 7, 7, 4) to find the sum of all of them. Divide this number by the amount of numbers you added together, (For example, if Bernie was voted for eight times, divide the sum of all her votes by eight.) Same thing for avergae house score, just add all the scores of each unit, then divide by the amount of numbers you added together. EDIT: Make sure you add all the numbers together and hit the equals sign before dividing, because the google calculator gets confused if you don't.
  12. Edgy Sworlord As a unit, he is a better version of a good character. To get his permanent recruitment quickly, you have to kill off Faye Probably the second best unit in the game Has a few skills that he alone has. Despoil is particularly broken, and it is Volo-exclusive. What support system should an RD remake have?
  13. I forgot to post a RtU thread for today....Whoops. Would someone mind posting one on my behalf for Day 7: Dorothea? I don't have the time today.
  14. Banned because I ranted again, didn't I... I really should just shut up sometimes.
  15. All of the above. ...Okay, fine. Faye in Berwick Saga. She's so much fun. Even if she isn't strictly bad, she is overshadowed by a lot of units who are similar to her but much better. HECK YOU, VOLO!!!!!! Do you think generic enemies in FE should have skills that must be checked?
  16. AI generally prioritizes by damage dealt, I believe. Status staves are a little different, as they will not target units against whom they have 2 or less hit.
  17. If every unit ONLY had these supports that were good for both of them, then I wouldn't mind-But with so many supports, what's the chance that I'll choose to build Hanneman and Edelgard's supports? There are simply so many that finding really good ones is hard. Being told what to do is not the problem for me-It is the fact that what happens in the story after the map tends to have nothing to do with what I did during the map .Apologies for poorly explaining myself, but my intended point was that there was literally no buildup to the plot twists. (Also, the whole "btw if I die check my room" was kind of a giveaway, ngl, but that's not my complaint with the plot twist.) The plot twists just kind of happened with little regard of what just happened-Such as It didn't subvert expectations because there were no expectations to subvert. It just happened. The Flame Emperor reveal was better since it actually did have buildup and definitely subverted expectations, but unless I accidentally skipped something somehow, it was kind of...Well, a letdown? Claude saying: "Wait, the Flame Emperor is actually [Redacted]? You have got to be kidding." and then the Flame emperor teleporting away after saying "Imma kill you, Rhea!" Just felt rushed. I would have preferred a cutscene where the Flame Emperor is revealed in a dramatic fashion, personally. I think my problem is that it is told rather than shown most of the time-We are told that Almyrans are rowdy and lively, but we don't meet anyone who culturally is an Almyran. They did do an okay job with the Leicster alliance, but that was a rare moment where the turmoil is seen rather than told. And we also don't really get to see what life is like at all levels-We don't see the slums, the impovrished, the middle-class, the healers, the bandits, the families striken by war. We don't see how people deal with what war does. We get a few examples, but not an intimate look at their lives. I guess I was used to Berwick, but I expected paralogues to be a side arc where a non-lord character, (or characters) take centre stage, and we learn about them and their lives and what they see the world like. We see what is important to them and why they fight. Instead they've mostly been Grind maps with a small amount of story and a thicc reward. Banned because I like it a lot, since it is a pseudo escape map in the way that it is designed.
  18. Uh... I am currently drawing a blank. There are tons that I like, but I literally cannot think of any right now. Uh... I'll...I'll get back to you on that one. Should the next FE use the same model as Three Houses-As in, everyone is a trainee and can do everything? And what do you think the next FE will choose to do?
  19. It does tell you to bring him, although it is a bit subtle-It is just a tiny event where Maribelle, (I think that's the name of the owner of Kingfisher) says that you should Hire Esteban so that Arina doesn't have to work double shifts. Czene? That is super cryptic. There may be requirements, but unless you are going for full recruitment, it generally won't matter-Any unit you consistently use will get permanently recruited, with Czene and Clifford being the exception ones I can think of right now.
  20. I'd disagree, especially on the gameplay part. Three Houses is frankly quite a mess in terms of gameplay mechanics-The Adjutant system is basically nonexistant, (and I think it is RNG based? Maybe??) Crests's effects and proc rates aren't usually stated properly, (Might raise the mt when using combat arts, for example-I still don't know how much it raises it by or how Crests activate,) As far as I can tell, there also is no way to see what skills/combat arts, etc. that people get from raising proficiency levels for things or mastery of classes, how the "Increases damage based on X stat" is calculated, and so on and so forth. TH just doesn't explain its mechanics very well. TH's cast certainly is better-But less than what people said it was. There are still plenty of One-note characters in TH. Fewer than in Fates, but certainly more than people give credit to it for. (Linhardt, Leonie, Raphael, Ignatz, Hilda, Bernadetta, Hubert, Hanneman, Manuela, Lorenz, Ferdinand, Caspar, Alois, for example. This is not to say I dislike all of these characters, but they simply lack the depth that TH's cast is frequently praised for.) Also-Characters shouldn't need about 20,000 supports to develop themselves. Supports do matter, but relying on someone reading every single support when there's about twenty or so per character to find their depth is kind of a tall order. The worldbuilding is also kind of...Well, nonexistant? Again, improved over Fates, but basically exclusively by having a map that isn't an obscure foggy png. Three Houses improved over Fates' methods of storytelling by having better presentation of said ideas, (Voice acting, at least making an effort to have create an immersive world,) but it has many of the same problems I have with Fates-Everything that happens is more of an "And then" rather than "Because" or "Therefore." The events just kinda don't match up with what I'm doing? Like, the Flame Emperor reveal was super out-of-the-blue in terms of how it was pulled off, as was The Paralogues also haven't added anything to the plot, YET. They just kind of come and go, but nothing ever happens in them? (Like, we learn literally nothing in Ashe's paralogue.) It does kind of have FE7 syndrome in terms of forgetting about parts of the plot happened. Banned for making a good point.
  21. Banned because bUT MAAAAAAAAAAAAARS! Also banned because Three Houses honestly feels like Fates but with a slightly improved cast.
  22. Banned because Skyward Sword is the only such representative of good writing! OBJECTIVELY TROO!
