Music lesson, although I doubt you'd care: A symphony is generally a three or four movement piece of music. Each of these movements has a differrent tempo. (speed) symphonies are their own works and don't belong to another work. Overtures are one movement pieces that are usually the introduction to an opera or something similar. A famous one is the Carmen overture. (The 1812 overture is NOT actually an overture, it's a stand-alone piece of music that for some reason is known as an overture.) A good symphony is the Kallinikov Symphony no. 1. Probably Edelgard, because I could maybe make her sing opera. WYR join the Black fang or the Loptyr Cult?

In my school, there is a student who is constantly verbally harrassed. (You probably knew this from the title of the post) Last year there was a student who was mocked and bullied by around 60 students, some of whom I'd consider otherwise nice people. One of the biggest things was the fact that people would make fun of the fact that he was an orphan to his face. I tried to stand up for him, but I never went to the teachers or anything and I regretted it. This year, I am afraid this kind of thing might repeat itself. The problem last year was that it became a culture to be mean to the person. I have started to notice similar things happening again. The last straw was when he came back from a surgery. I contacted him and asked how he was doing, as well as notifying him about a project. When he asked what group he was in, one of the chief harrassers took my device and said, "any group as long as it's not ours." The next day, he returned to school. The first thing that was said to him when he entered the class was, "can't the doctors put your tonsils back in so you can miss another few weeks of school?" I have written emails to the principal, the counsellor and others. Thus far, nothing's changed. Evidently, I will not be getting into a fistfight with anyone, but do y'alls have advice as to how to try to get my peers to stop the harrassment? I understand I'm one of the younger members of the Forums, so maybe people with more life experience can help? Thank you for reading this message.

Blimey. You my be forgetting that Queen victoria did nothing at all. She literally spent the last 40 or so years of her reign locked in her room because her husbando died. Even before that she didn't do much, her government did evrything for her, and Victorian england wasn't a happy place to be unless you were white and rich. Two seven year old girls were hung because the stoley three pennies and a spoon. While England prospered financially and as an empire, Queen victoria didn't have a ton to do with it.

I think the thing with this kind of language is it crosses between horror and drama. For example, in a story where someone close to the protagonist dies in action, many will choose to focus more on the sorrow and loss of the characters instead of the way a character dies, especially if it's not in the character's perspective and it wasn't frederick's perspective in the story. Sometimes describing things in the manner that you suggested can take away from the event. I do see what you are trying to say, though.

Baisically all true. I also like games that have weird and weaker parts, (my favourite game of all time is Skyward Sword. And yes, I have played OoT.) and I have played some truly awful games, (Brave: A warrior's tale comes to mind for interrupting the final boss fight with a random scavenger hunt...) so I guess my standarts are low. ANyways, Sacred had a lot of interesting parts, which compelled me to play it and enjoy it multiple times. (I did a full playthrough just to try promoting amelia to general without skirmishes.)

Finally someone understands! Eirika has a good story arc, and I personally think that is actually justified and not dumb. Eirika's bond with Lyon is emphasised throughout the story, and one of the stages of grief is denial, which we see when she does do the questionable thing stated above. Lyn isn't outstanding in Lyn mode, and she could have been better in Eliwood/Hector, although she gets overshadowed and essentially is a side character who can't die. I don't dislike Lyn per se, but she didn't fit into the story that well. In Eliwood mode she initially appears as a sort of love interest for both lords, then argues with Hector a bit throughout the rest. People complain about Eirika being shown up by alpha male Ephraim, but I think it's far more severe in Blazing than Sacred. Also, if you don't get enough Eirika from the first eight chapters, just play her route. (Also, Lyon is better than Nergal in almost every way, moxtly because the game doesn't mandate you to use a bard 70 times in four chapters to learn his backstory.) if there ever is an SS remake, Lyon should be an enemy lord charcter, I think it'd reference his importance in the story well

This isn't really about ovverrated or underrated, but I'd really like an explanation in most games as to why the main antagonists never take Protagonists seriously until the player has attained godlike power? I loved Sacred stones, but Ch. 6 bothered me because it becomes evident that Grado has adknowledged that eirika is a threat. Riev shows up a few seconds before Eirika and Co. show up and makes sure the ambush is set up right. He then leaves. In ch. 6, Riev would have a very good chance to kill most of your party. Valter leaving seth and Eirika alive makes sense because A) The game adknowledges Valter as being a poor general for grado, with even Caellach showing disdain for his actions, and B) Valter states that he wants to savour the hunt and do things to Eirika that even Corrupted Lyon wouldn't think of. In Blazing, Nergal could easily send any of the four fangs or even the random pallies he has lying around to kill every lord, but he doesn't. From a gameplay standpoint it makes a lot of sense, but still, I'd love to see better reasoning.

More opinions: Eirika is better than Lyn and Hector. I don't know how they won CYL at all, especially Hector. L'arachel is one of the best characters in fe. Her entrance in Ephraim ch. 11 was pure gold, and I loved every second of it. Heath is overrated. The sound effects depicting events in the GBA games are confusing. (In Blazing blade, the part where Elbert stabs Nergal is a good example, but not the most confusing.) The trainees are all really good. Ross joins at a time where he can get easy kills and rapidly becomes tough and powerful, Amelia is hard to train, but she is game breaking powerful as a general and terriffic as a Paladin, Ewan has monstrous Mag, is the best dark magic user in the game and actually does big damage right from join time. I'm really bad at fe, but I managed to train all three without one skirmish.

@Ottservia and @NekoKnighty'alls need to calm down a little. This is a place for unpopular opinions to be stated, not preceptions of family be debated angrily. We get the idea, you disagree about what fates is about, but this is going a little bit too far. Also, keep things civil. Instead of saying, "your idea is f****** wrong" just agree to disagree.
