  1. Well, Tharja develops some more in JP ver. Some. Not much, if I recall, but some. Also, kinda sad that the only way to save Gangrel's life is for FeMU to marry him. I'd like to think my prize psycho zerker-sassin wouldn't die, but live on and reform after he callmed down. Nope. Despair and death. Foolish dude. If Lifis was in this game, I think those two should have a conversation or something.' Also, isn't Avatar also Plegian...?
  2. I totally missed out on this topic. TvT
  3. I really wonder if they will continue this waifu trend in whatever FE game comes next. How will they top the hype from this game's cast? Will next game's story be more solid than Awakening's? Will DLC costs round out to double the game's cost again?
  4. Me at pre-release: Aww, not much women to go off of in these early stages. I like the red haired girl out of all of them so far. OOOH who's this dark skinned woman with body markings? Says she's evil. Darn. Welp, Tiamo, te amo. A few weeks later: Hmm this pink haired girl looks nice. Braids are kinda weird. Better wait until her porfile is up. Profile is up: OLIVIA YOU SO MAH TYPE. BIRTHDAYS ARE CLOSE AND WE DANCE AND SHY AWAY AND STUFF wAAAH OLIVIA Spotpass unit unlock system revealed: Does this mean Inverse will be out? Inverse unlocked: MM WHAT ARE THESE FEELS A-STIRRIN'?! THAT MAMU SUPPORT CHAIN! THAT CONFESSION! WAAAH! Pre-American Release: What should I do? Olivia and Aversa are now embodiments of my two favorite types of women! Urrgh! Purity of Olivia vs. Aversa... But... I know... taking Olivia is selfish... because Henry only shows feelings for her. American release: Olivia run: Love you Olivia there is almost a love house built for you here~! Wait, why are her supports less moe amd more annoying...? And keeping her alive was more tactics than I thought I'd need... Aversa run: *looks up eng supports* Oh, they ruined Olivia's character like they ruined the names of everything. NO FUN ALLOWED MODE. Wait. Aversa. She's being released soon... *ENDLESS GRIND TO BE THE FIRST TO GET HER IN ENGLISH* And then I got Aversa and magic happened. Also near the end of my time with Olivia I realized Rey's heaven piercing weeb had worked it's magic and he was indeed the one with the more powerful love for Olivia. Although I was quite sad to lose Azure as my son, my life with Aversa has been even better than my time with Olivia, although I now know Avatar's feelings of screw destiny when it comes to his friends. "Oh dude who'd you marry. Aversa. Aversa? She's old/You only use dark magic for broken things." And I CHALLENGE MY FATE and continually keep her in my heart as my FE waifu forever despite whatever the world (or my mental world) throws at me. Edit: During that entire story, I nearly completely forgot about stats for them. That's how much I love them. Edit 2: If I had Rey's Drawing Skils Amirg X Aversa would be there as my sig or something. He looks like a purple haired Rey with face markings though. ^^;
  5. Whaddaya know. Cordelia does make a good mother for Lucy. x3
  6. FeMU X Priam and MaMU X Aversa are my Avatar OTPs. Priam theme marriage= Strongest mysterious people who came from places no one recognizes (MU's true heritage aside, no one knows what's up with Morgan). Aversa theme= Strongest Tactical leaders together+ Grima love+ Ultimate magical destruction (Demon Fighter with Bolt Axe, Dark Pegasus, and Sage. Oh yeah~) Priam and Aversa are also super devoted with both of their confession quotes and give amazing stat spreads. Plus Aversa is one of the only people who smile at Morgan's energy instead of experiencing instant exasperation in their interactions with her. Priam I haven't gotten yet, because I had end of year stuff to finish and then competitive pokemon and such. Aversa is also the strongest non-MU/Morgan or streetpass Dark Pegasus and has Shadowgift and with carrier can get the most Mov. Priam and Aversa are on the team Grima's Groupies, even though it's every magical class on the field (with only Valkyrie and Demon Fighter lacking Shadowgift), Priam has some lols potential with Sword Expert, Res+10, Astra, Lance Slayer, Ragnell and Tyrfing, so he's tanking errything and slaying mages with his now higher-than-a-mage Res. Marrying Aversa gets you the best spread for a magical character (with only Miriel I believe beating her in raw magic alone for individual mods) while Priam's physical spread is agruably better than Walhart's, since Walhart's has more penalties and focuses more in the direct attack and defense areas. If Priam gave out Aether, it would all be a done deal who's the best to marry for Males in every aspect besides preference. Aversa: Limit Break+ Lancefaire+ Vengance+Iote Shield+ Shadowgift/Carrier/Galeforce= Wahahaha~ I also like how Priam's chara model is so cool and goes with every class he's able to change into to a hilariously awesome degree. Kinda still mad at IS making Sorcerer swimsuit Aversa white when she clearly isn't with the amount of skin she shoes. Last note: Marrying a spotpass chara (or other charas that support only one or two other people) lets the most amount of people in your army get married. Makes me feel kinda Gary Stu when I swoop in and steal someone one of my men could have been with (Gary/Mary implications of marrying the spotpass people aside).
  7. Still been too lazy to kill ultimate Anna. My team's fine, just needs some levels and its set for caps. Some people also hopelessly try to grind for Pokemon Tournements and SMT games and Namco crossover games. ><
  8. Hey, Henry Inigo is second best besides having an MU dad. Q-Q
  9. Speaking as someone who's been looking at everything possible to do with Donny stat-wise, he's the worst. Virion can at least get the Double bow and use the Astra bow well. Donny excels in the least important skill in the game, luck. If he had access to a healer class for Miracle usage, he still doesn't have enough luck for being a novelty character to have that as his schtick. Everyone has more skills and stats than him (except for luck, but lolz MU and Morgan if you wanna go that route). He'd only be useful if you could deploy the whole army at once (which won't happen soon for a main FE because being outnumbered is usually the theme, and games that weren't Sacred Stones and Awakening didn't even let you max everyone). Ricken and Miriel have to be worked around to grow too, but at least they group up to be the strongest mages of first gen.
  10. That Marth first logic is a bit flawed for that argument, as she's only playable (and marriable) after the reveal that she is Chrom's daughter. Also, the whole first gen second gen thing already had all of its points explained in the previous pages. I also like MU X Lucy. Of course Aversa X MU is my OTP for life. Though I gotta say, the whole two kid thing woulda been nice for the spotpass people because then I would finally be able to have all magic using classes use dark magic through Shadowgift (because I'm not giving spotpass goodness or Morgan the frailty of a Valkyrie until the other kid is born so I can reorganize everyone. On a side note to that, all of the best Dark Magic users in this game are female excluding male Morgan). And, um... NO CONTINUITY SNARL, PRIAM ONLY, FINAL [MALE] MORGAN
  11. I understand that the continuities are different. Very familiar with these things. Still find it weird.
  12. Well, I prefer second gen Morgan. You either get two Morgans or an awesome exclusive skill from Aversa or Walhart or Chrom, awesome mcool stats (Speedy Yen'fay, Crushy crushy Walhart, Magical Aversa, legendary genepool Priam, lucky Anna, Skillful Gangrel's tricks) and other benefits (aged past lolidom Tiki, Meta Jake, King/Queen privilages, spawning Ike's lineage, spawning Marth's lineage, lovely Conquering, etc.). Personally, I'm only 3rd genning with Lucy just for Aether and cutscene feels. I'd understand someone going for Nah or Chambray/Whatever his name is in the ENG ver. for ultrastats in an exclusive class too. Anyone else just feels like being a creep(ier) person. Aversa is my Fire Emblem waifu of sexiness and loving devotion forever, previous flames of Olivia and Mia nonwithstanding (which was hilarious to see Azure go for Mia in my Olivia run when I did that DLC. That's mah boy!).
  13. Still equals out. 44 mag and 56 str? +28 to mag or +22 to str which makes either 82 attack or 78 attack respectively. 50/50 only gets you to 75 attack. Lifetaker or Renewal... Renewal allows for escape strategies and only 20% less health. Renewal.
  14. Hmm hm. I use all deh builds, except for male build 3 (outside of one time I played around and made a DK MaMU). He's just awks(scariest rageface in the game too. Shoulda had him marry Noire instead of Emm). Male 1 is the first thing you see for promo material, so fine with that. Male 2 you can give male or female Morgan's hair (I gave my Luci-marrying MU file guy the female Morgan style with FE protagonist colored hair). Female 1 gets awesome spikey hair and headbands and such, Female 2 gets an eye patch and also cool hair that makes me remember my days playing Rusty Hearts; Female 3 gets a nice commanding female vibe. Have half an urge to salute one in my head whenever I make one. Oh yeah, Male 1 was awesome for my favorite file (Aversa love file). We both had coolio face markings.
  15. The only ones that need to get in are the ones with functions not yet covered in their respective weapon class.
  16. Dual Strike is the mechanic of champions. Just give the enemies the ability to pair up. No nerfing required. Just jack up the stat cap or something if you wanna worry about everyone dying to fast.
  17. I'm kinda torn on this. On one hand, Res+10 makes the males lol at Magic half the time, reducing the need for Aegis marginally. On the other hand, getting sniped by Mire (not much of an occurance for me) or a forged Longbow really sucks in a few situations. So, even though I'm leaning more on the side of them both being equal, Aegis is better because it halves damage from attacks you can't counterattack from if Dual Guard fails or you're a computer controlled person.
  18. I already did in previous posts. Leave me alone. I agree with Rey when it comes to this. @~@
  19. All the Faire skills are the same. Why not? And before you say anything about Lancefaire being female exclusive- Camus. Lightning Speed + Quick Slash + Life Absorb= Sweep
  20. -Faire=+5 to the corresponding equipped weapon. Aggressor/Quick Slash= 10 fun points on the player phase. Decent buff for every round protection or bursts of death and whimsy? Side Note: Demon Fighter, why U no unisex?
  21. For the first part of the Astra vs Aether debate, Astra is the one with most damage potential (2.5X Normal if all hits connect, 7.5 if crit) but Aether is two hits that allow you to Nofatank and get an added hit of Luna, also effectively doing around 2.5 times the damage. However, there are less critical chances with Aether. Astra also has the problem of halving attack and make the combo ineffective if certain attacks are met with defense skills or dodges, as well as rounding down for the halved attack power. Beyond the availability debate, Aether tends to allow for more survivability. Aether wins (just barely, and i still like Astra a lot). And posting too slow gets me the prize of looking awkward by repeating things.
  22. Pretty sure a Yen'fay Morgan with a speed boosted partner could break 66 easy enough. Add in one skirmish stat boosters and it's even higher (+6). Actually, all a Swordmaster Yen'fay Morgan with a speed based mother (whose flaw didn't inhibit speed) would need is the pre-skirmish stat boosters and a partner that gave 1 extra speed point to be not doubled by Anna (pretty simple, becuase that means his partner only needs 10 speed). Additional speed boosts through Rallies and class and support rank bonuses would then be used to double her. Not sure why'd you want to do that with generally shoddy attack and weapon triangle disadvantage and the forced usage of Amatsu (Levin sword would do less in Yen'Fay's case), but hey, whatever you feel like doing. For either Morgan, Assassin class also works quite handily for doubling. Since it's your child, the Morgan of choice can gain skills to cover whatever weakness or build upon any strength you wish to. A speed boosting partner is also ideal here. With the correct set up, all you will need is the pair up to match Anna's speed. Then, the skimish boosters are all that will be needed to be administers to ensure Anna doubling. I'm personally using this on my Lucina Morgan to couple her with Brave Weapons and Aether. A forged Brave Bow would have to be used to maximise the attack frequency, as a Brave Sword would [obviously] kill your child when used against Anna.
  23. 75 speed is needed to double Anna, but that isn't obtained much without rallies. You'll need speed boosting Pair Ups in order to make it to the point of not being doubled by Anna (about 66 SPD). Rallies also can boost stats by a maximum of 10. Also goes without saying that Limit Break is generally a necessity unless you want to challenge yourself even more. I was aware of the intention of the forum topic, but still was tsundere about contributing. I still feel weird about it.
  24. Future Past 3: My Executed Strategy. Team 1: Defend your kids. Talk to them. Console them. Etc. Team 2: Galeforce units, are you ready for being effective Galeforce users saving the day? 1-2 turns needed. Brave Lance Vengance/Other Mastery Pegasus Rider/Galeforce user combos needed. Victory imminent without having to worry about the infinite respawn. Galeforce ain't rampant on my teams. It's just there sometimes when there isn't much better stuff to put down.
