  1. Horace's dreams of Hungry Burger bEatdown are slowly being eaten before his eyes.
  2. Cold Wave is totally fine in this format. It's basically a worse Giant Trunade, which is also unlimited here and banned in modern Yugioh in large part because decks are just so much faster now.
  3. Offerings to the Doomed
  4. I don't want to waste everyone's time by drafting obvious filler and sideboard cards but I think we've got at least a few more rounds before we're at that point. ps luster dragon is great how dare u
  5. I'm not sure what the mental health care situation is like there in Prague, but in the US what I would do is try and find an inpatient mental health facility for your friend. If you can find a reputable place, set up transportation either directly or indirectly for him to stay until his condition at least becomes stable. If your friend refuses treatment and continues to act erratically and threaten suicide, that would be when I would contact the authorities because he is threatening the safety of himself and others. There are other paths to helping out your friend, but there are a few reasons why I think an inpatient program would be the most helpful (again assuming if you can find a good one in your area). What it basically comes down to is it's the best place for your friend to get better while being safe to himself and to others, which seem to me to be the two most important things right now.
  6. The Forceful Sentry. TALK TO THE HAND.
  7. Yeah, Carmine Sword is in. And Terrador, you're certainly free to play with leftovers. I think that will be hilarious! Oh right, I pick Ring of Destruction. It's fair because both players take damage!
  8. Well we got Refa and Elieson joining at the same time so we'll squeeze in a ninth player. Here's the draft order: There were 9 items in your list. Here they are in random order: Eieson Jedi Ciarre General Horace SRC Refa Reinfleche Euklyd eclipse Timestamp: 2016-03-18 07:54:13 UTC, IP: 73.183.149.88 Standard draft procudure etc.
  9. Hey, nice turnout! Don't sweat it if you haven't played in a while. This draft will only be as serious as you guys want it to be and you can relearn as the matches go. Also, be sure to check out the freebies list again since I left a clause out from the OP. Ritual monsters and Labyrinth Walls for everyone! Btw, one more and we can begin the draft!
  10. Been itching to play some Yugioh yet are tired of or even afraid of all those newfangled synchroxyzpendulum monsters? Well, I've got just the draft for you! In this unique draft, we'll be picking cards from only the first few sets of the game's existence! (Includes the cardpool of Yugioh: Worldwide Edition, or Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon, Metal Raiders, Spell Ruler, Pharaoh's Servant, Labyrinth of Nightmare, and starter deck/promo exclusives from the time period.) Rules: 1. This draft is for 4-8 players. 2. Players will draft cards in playsets of 3 (or 1 in the case of limited cards) until each player is satisfied with their deck. (40 cards + optional 0-15 card extra (fusion) deck and optional 0-15 card sideboard) 3. Cards in the freebie list and all undrafted cards from the cardpool are free for all players to use. 4. Matches will be played round-robin style under each player's leisure in any order. The player with the most match victories wins! 5. Matches will be best 2 out of 3 games, with sideboarding allowed for games 2 and 3. 6. Any program may be used to play the games, though Dueling Network is recommended for that OLD SCHOOL feel. 7. Some prior Yugioh experience is necessary for joining. (Don't worry, you don't have to be good at it!~) If you have any suggestions on rules or need clarification, please don't hesitate to ask!   12. Whoo, more updates! Chapter 15 8/48 Eliwood rushed to the castle, while Oswin and a (dead) Kent distracted a few enemies to keep some pressure off of him.   14. I don't want to join this, but I must join this. ;-;
  15. As far as I know, whether the monsters are summoned don't impact their drop rate for items. That being said, I don't recommend grinding for any specific items since their drop rates are very low. The best rate is steel shield drops from zombies, which is still only like 1 in every 400 lol.
  16. Only a monster would use a card like that. I am a monster
  17. Yes but that game taught us that pigeons and science can only lead to tragedy. ;-;
  18. Yeah, Luck is a little weird in this one. It gives 1 magic evasion and 0.5 critical per point, which is actually pretty sweet when the angel ring gives you an automatic 40. It's like a free killing edge that makes avoiding magic attacks much easier in addition to the doubling level ups thing. As for Dean, your strategy is pretty much what you have to do. It's also helpful to have Jenny spam illusion to stall for time so you can work your magic. Valbo equipped with leather shield can also take a hit or two in a pinch, but you'll have to be careful since Dean's critical hits will still deal decent damage to him.
  19. Yugi has taught me is you can win a card game without money. All you need is a game store owning Grandpa and his priceless cards at your disposal. Truly an inspiration.
