The feeling I'm getting (from the translation) is that Gangrel started to say something he didn't want anyone to hear so he tried to cover up by saying he didn't mean it. Etc. Then later, he decides to talk it out a bit.

People who walk down the middle of the street and don't move to the side when there are vehicles trying to go passed. Seriously, they should just be run over....
Impatient people who make it so painfully obvious that they are impatient...
People who butcher names when spelling them or saying them aloud and don't care that it's wrong. (This is personal; my first name is spelled incorrectly 99% of the time and my last name is NEVER pronounced correctly.)
And, of course, the "should of" thing. HAVE, DAMNIT! HAVE! -rips hair out-
Oh, oh, people who overuse "really", "seriously", and "honestly". Heck, forget other people, I annoy myself with this.
