Just to clarify, I wasn't making a profit on that event; people sent me money, and I bought merchandise for them haha. Anyways, I totally would have tried to attend this concert and buy merchandise...but I'm on vacation this month in the States, and won't be in Japan when this goes down. Bummer! I'll have your backs next time guys!

I'm in the same boat, and tried the same things you did (except with Felicia instead of Joker). I really hope she shows up somewhere down the line...I want her to be my wife! D:

For those of us who have the game, anyway. Just for reference, I'm playing the Nohr path on Hard, Casual mode. (I'm still resetting when people die, since I want them to level-up as much as possible. But I'm sure as hell not going to reset when I'm moments away from winning and I get hit by a 1% critical.) Anyways, I'm on Chapter 8...the snow one. And for someone who's played the whole FE series, I'm admittedly having a fair amount of trouble. For starters, I can't really read Japanese, so in the thick of combat I think I miss out on some small yet important details, most notably skill effects and Hidden Weapon stat penalties. It's safe to say these things are really changing the gameplay of the series... Furthermore, this chapter is kind of ridiculous in itself. After you finish preparations, a pop-up comes up and tells you to (I think) prioritize getting to all the villages on the map. If you reach one of the 5, nothing happens; if the enemy does, a bunch of enemy units pop out. I think the Ice Clan is basically Paul Revere'ing their people into fighting, and you the player are working to counteract that. But still, they have multiple magic units that, when coupled with enemy attack stance, decimate a solid half of my units. Not to mention Flora, who's using her Freeze staff to stop my units in their tracks (mostly Kamui, who I'm trying to make Dragon-Vein the center frozen lake...which reverts to being Frozen after one turn. So what the hell is the point?) All in all, this map design is waaaaaay better than FE13's, and I'm super happy. This means, however, that I'm actually going to have to try harder than just "pair-up and charge at the enemy"...thanks a lot, Awakening! So yeah, does anyone have advice for this chapter?

I noticed the same thing. Check this out: See, at first everyone thought Kazahana was one of those "Brock-Archtype" characters who always had their eyes closed or whatever. But, in the trailer after this one, she was seen with her eyes open. Furthermore, this generic thief's expression seems like he's seen better days. So, I can only assume this is her "happy" portrait. So, I think this is sufficient evidence to say that the character portraits definitely change in regards to weapon type advantages, and probably to low health situations regardless of weapons equipped (maybe low health will include a sweat drop, or something).

It's probably because I asked you for you address multiple times with no answer, and the fact you've seem to have registered under a different profile doesn't help either. So, do you finally want to PM me your address on one of your multiple accounts?

When I played FE7 for the first time (in 6th grade, mind you), I didn't realize there were "HIT/DMG/CRIT" displays on the battle screen. Like, I literally judged my character's strengths off of "what they looked like"...embarrassing, I know.

Small (hopefully final) update: I managed to ship everything today! There were some slight setbacks, as I had to fill out customs forms for every package and even had to make an appointment for this morning to ship this many packages. But it's worth it!

Quick update! I was able to purchase EVERYTHING, except the Photo Frame (sold out)! Additionally, all the Awakening Badges were in opaque wrappings and chosen at random. Fortunately, I was actually able to get most of the ones y'all wanted. Once I get home and sort everything properly, I'll proceed with showing the badges ya'll didn't request, and we'll do a first-post-first-serve method to determine who gets what. I also took several photos, so I'll make another topic showcasing the event proper. Stay tuned!

I'm aware of the fees, and I assume people sending their money through PayPal will notice it as well. This is another reason why I'm offering to ship for free. Of course they will lose a bit of money if complications occur and I can't get their items. At first I was going to just buy stuff for myself, but figured I would offer to buy/ship anything for the people who don't have access to this event (i.e. everyone outside of Japan, lol). SOME DISCLAIMERS: - I can't guarantee that all of these items will be available when I get there. Is it just me, or does the song: "Liberation", in the beginning and from 0:32-0:55 respectively... www.youtube.com/watch?v=QC6EBybXkR0 (The forum won't let me link to three Youtube videos directly) ...have an opening similar to the recurring, main Final Fantasy theme (0:15-0:23): AND... ...have a part of the song that sounds similar to the Mother 3 track, "A Happy Town?" (0:23-43)? I'm really into VGM, so maybe I'm just crazy lol. Liberation is still a badass song though! :D

Another question:

I've noticed that these are two gameplay options that seem to be overlooked by many people when playing Fire Emblem. Basically, Auto-End is having your turn "end" automatically once you've done an action with your last available unit. Auto-Cursor is when your turn begins again, the game's cursor automatically starts on your Lord/main character. Personally, I don't use either. Thracia was the first FE I played that automatically disables Auto-End, so I eventually defaulted to it when playing the rest of the series. I additionally dislike Auto-Cursor because sometimes, (especially with support grinding in the GBA games) I find it annoying how the game assumes the first unit I want to use every turn is my Lord. Anyway, how about you all? Hopefully all of you were aware of these two options...XD
