  1. I can understand why if you can relate to the story. For example: I watched the Trust and Betrayal OVA and I cried (although the crying was relatively controlled) because I could relate to the main character and I was dealing with similar struggles as well.
  2. I knew that, haha, I think I only said people to kill since I got a few lines messed up, sorry. But isn't that worse? Why punish an innocent life that did no harm rather than directly punishing the Pharoah and the other oppressors in Egypt? I have no doubt that at least few of the firstborn males were infants who did nothing wrong, so why does God punish them? God isn't indirectly punishing them, He is directly punishing them.Sorry I hate ending something off with me looking like an idiot, (not your fault) maybe I should've just dropped this.
  3. I'm a person who believes in an infinite entity but not in any divine creed. Many of the things the Bible says contradicts the 10 commandments, such as: "Thou shall not kill" and then tells people to kill all the firstborn males in Egypt just to prove a damn point. As for Islam, the religion definitely (at least in my research) not a religion of peace. I know many people who are Muslims who are nice, but the religion itself has flaws. Pre-marriage sex is punishable by death, apostasy is punishable by death, women are considered to be inferior, the list goes on and on. I am scared just to reveal to my parents that I don't believe in Islam because of the Islamic law, but I guess any convert will have trouble telling their parents that they converted. Not trying to offend anybody here, just want to tell you what I got out of the two religions from the research I have gathered and am still gathering.
  4. SorenxMist 4 lief That doesn't make any sense. That would've been WAAYYY too exploitable especially in PoR when you could just forge without any limits. A forged Iron Lance turned into a Flame Lance would be insane good in 3-6 or any chapters with Beast Laguz really and that's only one out of the many things that would make the Tellius series real easy if they did that.
  5. Cordelia and her father get fed up Severa's bitchiness and her attitude to people around her and proceeds to beat her so bad (shoving her to the floor face down and then kicking her in the face would be one of the things) that she has a crap-ton of bruises and scars and Severa realizes that's she deserved it and becomes a girl I don't want to beat oh-so-badly.
  6. That's basically how I feel for most of the characters except for Libra, who is a nice change of pace. Libra is one of my 5 rememberal characters in the game for that reason. Plus he's a pretty good character even in Postgame, so that's good.
  7. Nephenee: Hey I can beat you because I have lances and WTA so sucks for you. Mia: Yeah well wait and in three years I'll prove you wrong! It might have seemed like I was implying that Zihark had a huge plot relevance, but I was trying to use that just to state that he HAD it, unlike Edward and Mia, whilst still having screen time, not that it was anything major. Good point nonetheless. Mia could use some character development, but just realize that while there was potential it wasn't necessarily abnormal and IS considered Mia to have the exact same position as Nephenee, and perhaps they just weren't aware that she would be so popular. Guess it's still a problem though, ah well.
  8. Popularity=/=major. She's a pretty minor character actually and affects the plot the least out of the 5 trueblades. IMO it goes Lucia>Stefan>Zihark>Edward>Mia. Lucia being Elincia's servant and being her scout/bodyguard of sorts, Stefan taught Ike Aether and revealed the fact (via Yune) that the Goddess never planned for the Branded to be segregated but was completely the church's ideals. Zihark for having backstory and having some screen time and Edward for also having screen time for the first few chapters. Mia on the other hand.....not so much, she was kind of like that Myrmidon that was just meant to be strong, kind of like Nephenee. It may help the argument that Mia wasn't well developed but I guess I never said Mia was well-developed in the first place, just that she really isn't anything special. Speaking of Nephenee, I think she was rather under-developed as well, unless I forgot to read some support convos, the most we know is that she's a peaceful country girl who is embarrassed of her accent...yeah.
  9. I'm more wondering on how Tanith is middle tier, she just really isn't that useful especially seeing as how the chapters she can join in are either chapters in which Sigrun is forced so you bench her or you are just filled with a bunch of units that outclass her. If you take her to the Silver army she will most likely be benched since Sigrun is, again, forced and Jill and Haar preform a more reliable way to fly and kill stuff. In the Greil Army she may be able to pull herself for one chapter but Janaff is much better at scouting and in 4-4 she's in an indoor map which just makes her a normal unit that's weak to Wind magic and bows. In the Hawk Army I can see her being useful but not enough to pull a major difference, especially since Elincia and Tibarn are flying units that are just more reliable ways to kill. I hope this isn't necroposting, I really felt like this tier list should be brought up again before it sinks.
  10. I can see Ike, Soren, Ranulf, Rolf, Boyd, Mist, and Zihark being the few playable characters from the current Tellius games if they make a FE game about Ike's journey, at least while being realistic. After all it says that not many people saw Ike again. Mia really isn't anything special, plenty of characters could of use slightly more decelopment so I don't see why you guys are only mentioning her.
  11. This is annoying. I hate how my amazing good DLC Ephraim was just a waste of time, Walhart doesn't really substitute Ephraim either and no other unit can replace his amazingness. So much for that.
  12. Best: Mist Worst: I want to say Est but I never played FE11 or FE12 (going to play FE11 soon) so I'll say Marcia because chestnuts I can't think any bad sister that I can remember and her relationship with Makalov is pretty bad!
  13. MAN ON PRETTY HORSE. In a game without reclassing I could care less about gender class restrictions, but in the games WITH reclassing it should be removed. It's not like it would change the sooo much by allowing males to have access to pegasus and troubadour classes and vice-versa for female.
  14. I only wish they would actually release it worldwide. They might not even need to translate it too. Weren't there a couple of VC games not translated into English? Or at least Wii-ware titles?
  15. I'm probably the only person who like Nihil, but it seems good. I always loved how Nihil worked, especially in a game like this. I kind of hope that Halberdier don't get bows since it'll just be an outclassed Bride, but at the same time this wouldn't be female only, would it? I kind of just hope that Halberdiers get kickass exclusive lances instead of different weapons to add over lances.
  16. I'm assuming through GeckOS it would be possible. If Goldie could use that to change Mantle, I can slightly change Wrath and Resolve.
  17. ChromxCherche actually always made sense to me, but it would just be impossible. God damn IS was it really that hard to make Chrom get married on the end of chapter 12? The whole marriage thing doesn't even play a big role until 2 chapters after 12 anyways.
  18. I think they also need to be able to seize, but Ike can't seize chapters and Geoffrey can, so.....I guess you're right. It's also the main reason why I consider Sothe to be a lord.
  19. He's also a terrible character in the game, with a terrible personality, coupled with the looks of an idiot. Well, few is possible. Saying "I hate Sumia she's a bitch and is super annoying" is an example of extreme-bias, yet saying "I dislike Sumia because of reason, reason, and reason" is an example of a bias that is perfectly okay.
  20. Are you gameplay-wise on Lunatic mode or below? If it's below the whole character overview wouldn't really mean much but whatever. Also Cavalier and the promotions doesn't give Sol.
  21. Not to mention Fire Emblem isn't a franchise that does really well in every place outside of Japan, even Awakening is no exception. So having a PS2 counterpart wouldn't have helped at all.
  22. You're right, I was just saying that it is possible, I guess it really won't be done for a while, The item locations and the whole leveling thing on Eddie and Leonardo can easily be changed right? Well, that really just leaves the whole Wrath+Resolve thing and maybe the whole no leveling up after 21 because the rest can be changed by just taking note of how much you have. Only makes it harder for me to make a play-through of the Japanese version of this game.
  23. Stahl gives Gerome dark green hair, or am I wrong? Anyways gameplay wise it seems amazing too I generally go MUxCherche since Gerome IMO utilizes the bonuses given by +Speed MU the greatest and FrederickxCherche would be my second choice but this seems good as well.
  24. I dlslike any pairing that doesn't give Gerome dark hair so that's already a plus for StahlxCherche, but unlike GregorxCherche I don't see any major reason to go VirionxCherche. Some people play for love, some for power. However, when it comes to Gerome, I play for Dick Grayson.
