  1. Yes. If nothing else, they all join when the next team is released a week later.
  2. Vincent says he doesn't plan on bothering with the old pages, at least for the time being. He never changed the NES/SNES games to reflect Shadow Dragon's release.
  3. MU will quickly become your most important unit; you want to promote him/her ASAP.
  4. Solution: stop preferring to not insta-promote characters, especially healers, especially really shitty ones? If you want to spend the time to level him to 20 for pretty much no reason, go ahead, but there's no real good way of going about it aside from just grinding a lot.
  5. Probably at some point? I haven't been thinking about it a whole lot lately. Any reason you ask?

  6. That's the weird thing - they use forges normally for all the other Brave weapons, just not the Brave Axe. That's why I'm confident calling it a glitch.
  7. It uses whichever they were on the last file you played in which you recruited them. So if you have both files, it'll be the first if you played that file most recently, or the second if you played that file since then, regardless of which one had the conversation. The alternate genders for MU and Morgan are counted as separate characters in the Support Library, though, so if you make a file with a male MU he'll be used for the male's conversations regardless of which female files you've played since then.
  8. You'll be able to get more randomly from the Infinite Regalia DLC when it comes out in a week, but otherwise, they're one-of-a-kind like any legendary weapon.
  9. All of the DLC's long been out for the Japanese version, but they delayed it by a bit for the American version to keep things interesting rather than dumping a ton of things onto everyone at once such that they become individually less meaningful. There is a 100% chance that they will do precisely the same thing for the European version.
  10. Yeah, the volcano map was also where I broke from my "story mode only" plan on my first run and decided to play once through each DLC map in reach. My team still wasn't diverse at all, and I never really got any children Paralogues until postgame, but at least I had Lucina combat-ready, Cordelia ready to use Speed Cry, and Lief and Alm for backup stuff, still better than most of my previous team.
  11. Enemy weapons, I mean. Not player weapons.
  12. Wait, your MU is unpromoted? Get right on that, yeah.
  13. Honestly I think it's a lot of "why wouldn't you bother with minor SpotPass/Renown weapon gains" even if you're not going for other stuff. They're minor enough that it's hard to see much of a motivation to bother specifically ignoring them.
  14. If Frederick is LV20, you need to reclass him ASAP. Wyvern Lord is great for him for mobility, although I'm not sure it's as important now as earlier.
  15. You care about... what? Not having to spend ten seconds and the slightest amount of thought? What reason would the game ever have to spell it out for you any more clearly than that?
  16. Random-ish trivia: the Brave Axe glitch is still in effect for this version; Brave Axes still turn into Silver Axes on higher difficulties (like Lunatic) where they get forged. Somewhat disappointing.
  17. On my completed Lunatic run, I didn't use Wireless stuff until after Ch17. Based on my incomplete Lunatic+ run, I get the impression that taking into account better skills to fix the many things I failed at in that run, including skills I had picked up by the time I finished it, I'd say Lunatic+ is just as doable for an appropriately more-skilled player. So yes, it should be workable. Not that I'm tackling that just yet. I'm using Wireless stuff freely off the bat in my second, regular Lunatic run, and I plan to do the same for the Lunatic+ run I actually complete afterwards. I do intend to try something like this, but not until a few playthroughs later, when I've also played all the way through Lunatic under the same conditions.
  18. who cares "oh it's so hard to go into a map, look at the enemy levels, and retreat if they're too high" jesus
  19. Yeah, you need to be spamming Rescue from this point to survive against the promoted enemies. You're also going to have a lot of units that just don't be helpful, and they aren't likely to get more effective without grinding.
  20. The Japanese schedule peaked at three maps being released in one week. I'm sure the American schedule will reach that peak at some point. Releasing Elincia tomorrow wouldn't make any sense because they're starting Lief's set this week; it would be too much for the two to run completely in parallel. It seems like they're starting a new set almost every week, only holding off so far on the monster set to highlight Marth/Roy and to pair it with maps that stand out more in their own right. I'm sure they'll slow down a bit towards the end, but not with the Series 1 maps.
  21. It's possible, but I'm honestly betting on Elincia being released next week. Consider: in the Japanese version, Elincia was released at the start of Week #4, when they were still only on the second SpotPass team, while releasing Elincia in a week for the American version would put her at the start of Week #5, when they'd already be on the fifth SpotPass team. That's warranted by the ordered set releases pushing it to be that way, but I can't see them holding off on it any longer, knowing that they don't need to.
  22. Har har har. FE11, FE12, and FE13 all use fundamentally the same Exp formula. I use FE11's Calc page whenever I need a convenient reverence; just make sure you adjust the character levels properly to take internal levels into account.
  23. The later ones might be even less. Looking at the total yen prices in the Japanese version: ST: 850 KvK: 1150 RvB: 1150 LvD: 1100 Misc: 900 OWR: 600 UT: 750 FoD: 750 For these purposes, I'm ignoring special deals, as well as the last UT, being sort of separate from the regular trios. This, I think, best lets us match the $6.00 for three maps pattern that seems to be in effect for Series 1. Series 2, however, is cheaper, going almost as low as half the price of sets we know to be going for $6.00 total here.
  24. This is correct. Reclassing to promoted classes requires "class level" 30, and promoted classes always count as 20 more levels than they're displayed as. Self-reclassing just requires the maximum level, whatever it is. It even works for classes like Demon Fighter not normally accessible by Second Seals.
