    Rough day at work and bought some orbs. A Sothe merge and a +Atk -HP Ares join me.

    Should I postpone my Cordelia 5+10 and consider Clair or Shigure instead? Currently, Cordelia and Shigure are 5+1. Clair, I don't have a 5-star at the moment. It looks like Shigure will require the least investment. Cordelia requires me to promote a Roderick to yoink Firesweep+, while Clair requires dew to forge the Flashing Blade refinement onto Rhomphaia. Also, should I make Sothe or Nanna my first 5+10 colorless? They're tied at +4 right now.

    And I almost blew an Assault run. I entered a battle with only three units: M!Grima, Deirdre, and PA!Shigure. A!Tiki was ready to go for the kill, thankfully Shigure had TA3 so he held on and blasted her with a Moonbow.

    Early this morning and still bleary-eyed, I almost sent home my first Lene. Then I choked in the arena, accidentally using Reposition instead of attacking.

    Ouch to this arena bonus season, mostly for my score. Winning should be even easier than normal, though. Original Ike +1 and Lene +2 are my best scoring options. Initial run will be with Ike. Either will be accompanied by my original winning team of L'Arachel / S!Sharena / S!Alfonse, but this time, L'Arachel has Blarblade+, S!Alfonse has Brave Axe+ / Galeforce / L&D / Heavy Blade, and they're honing each other. S!Sharena provides the defensive tactics.

    Main went in just over $100. The 5-star haul: Lene +Atk -HP And a -Atk copy I'm not sure what to do with. Merge, or provide Safeguard+? Brave Lyn +Spd -Def Perfect! Merged my previous copy. Ishtar +Def -Res Slightly worse than neutral, but I'll stop here. Gotta save for the legendary. Free went in. Ephraim +Res -Spd (slightly better than neutral) and a 4-star A!Tiki to help me with the Three Heroes quests.

    Ishtar: They baited me real good here. The last thing I need is another blue mage, but she's the one blue mage I will always have room for. Killer effect + Darting Blow, and Swift Sparrow? Also, obviously not the drop because she has three skills. Ares: I'm wondering if Dark Mystletainn stacks with Heavy/Flashing Blade, and if Eldigan will eventually get it as a weapon evolution option the same way Ephraim and Hector got their alts' weapons as evolution options. Lene: Looks to be the obvious drop. Safeguard+ looks like it's Berkut's Lance except it's a sword that has Steady Stance.

    Free goes back in. 40 orbs, went bust. 20 more orbs from story chapters, PA!Inigo is +2 now.

    Grand Conquests: Both accounts got a Sharena team last time. Main had to fight hard in the final round, and held 11 areas. Alt was so far ahead, 20+ areas. Water Colonnade: Yes, not Infernal! Fjorm with QR seal, a healer to heal Fjorm after S!Corrin attacks, and a sword cavalier to take out S!Elise. My alt could do it.

    F2P alt does one last round, PA!Inigo is upgraded to +Atk -HP. Between him and Rhajat, and then me having 5-starred Arvis, and Mae before him, I think this F2P account is set on mages.

    Main went back in: +1 H!Henry +HP -Def (merged -Atk copy in) +1 F!Grima (now +4) +1 L!Ephraim +1 Micaiah (now +7) +2 PA!Shigure +1 Shigure F!Kana +Res -Spd K!Hinoka and F!Celica (bad IVs, SI'd away to Soren for Atk/Spd Bond and Chill Spd respectively) Supremely satisfied now. If next new hero arena season gives me a good bonus unit, I can safely save up orbs for Gunnthra's return.

    Main pulls a 3-star Bartre. Oof. Alt pulls something unremarkable on free pull, then Rhajat +Res -HP. Just what this account needed, one more not -Atk 5-star.

    Had to go in with Bladetome cavalry for Infernal. Green Olwen makes her debut here, and SM!Eirika and L'Arachel got to A support off this map. S!Alfonse got rid of the peggy at the end. This, after carefully crafting a strategy with Deirdre wiping out M!Kana and Hardin tanking the left, only to have it fall apart on freaking Lunatic.

    My Titania has a long way to go to match yours (she's +4). But you and Eldigan, that pretty closely mirrors me with Gunnthra. Though with my luck on the past two legendaries, I'll get the green fillers instead of those last two copies of her at the end of the month. Hopefully NY!Azura is one of those fillers. I turned in 5,108 in the arena. Had to fish pretty hard to stay above 5,100. Got screwed by a DD6 Micaiah tucked behind a highly merged LA!Hector on a defense tile, and almost got spooked by Lilina running Raudrwolf instead of Forblaze. A fully powered Blarblade+ wasn't enough, so Leif went in to knock out that troll Lilina.

    Turned in a 4,917 in Assault. Had stupid deaths and low-scoring matches, and had to take on more Advanced matches. My comfort zone is about two or three Advanced matches and then relaxing. I found Sigurd and Zelgius can easily handle L!Lyn.

    Another round on the legendary (as thanks for the incoming free Takumi, feathers to promote him for the merge, no EXP/SP penalty for replaying content, and no losing EXP/SP gained because of falling in battle)... Micaiah is now +6 and F!Grima gets a merge to +3. Honestly, I want to whale the next regular banner that features B!Lucina, Lute, or Micaiah to get them 10'd out at this point.

    Funny that I grumbled about needing Close Counter to make the stupid +Def work for my poor -Atk H!Henry on the F2P alt, and they announce they'll hand out a Takumi. Actually not sacking him, going to use him. The F2P account is IV screwed as it is and can use all the neutral units it can get. The main will also be raising him for a merge into +Spd -Res.

    Main: 40 F2P orbs burning a hole in my pocket. I get H!Jakob (+Spd -Def). Far from ideal, but at least it's not the dreaded -Atk. 3-star Clair comes along, normally a send-home, but she's set to get a new weapon, and I checked, she's +Atk -Def. F2P Alt: Squeezed out 20 more orbs. PA!Inigo (+HP -Atk). It's official, this account has the -Atk Curse. Now done with this banner.

    Arena: And I had to start fishing. Titania dropped my score a bit and I"m seeing 720-724 at the low end. Assault: Fae the Fell Dragon destroyed my S!Camilla I brought in to counter K!Hinoka. Just took a beginner match for the third and encountered Est Emblem. Eh, I didn't have time for a full run. Defenses: Main pulled defense wins from a 4+10 Titania lead and a Clarine lead. I knew Blarblade+ L'Arachel would do it. F2P alt got a defense win from a +1 Lilina fully built, I assume they just surrendered.

    Free account, grinding the easy chapters for orbs. Sniping once the pity rate got up there. +Def -Atk Halloween Henry. Oof, he has all the offenses of his regular counterpart. Pulling the rest of the circle... +2'd L!Ike. +Atk -Res copy will be merged into once raised. 4-stars: Subaki provides Quick Riposte 2 to L!Ike. M!Robin provides Bonfire to Shigure, putting that stupid defense boon to work covering that crippling attack bane. Hinata x2 to give Anna and Mae Fury. It's going to take either Close Counter (if my Valentine's Lyn on the main used it pretty well even with only 23 Def, imagine how much more 29 Def would do), or since this is a free account and pulling for a 5-exclusive to salvage bad IVs is out of the question, L&D (Spit on defensive boons! Salvage that 30 Atk!) to save him. Now staring at a 10% rate. Still going to be saving for full circles.

    My hauls... Main: $200 budget this banner. PA!Shigure (+Atk -Def), PA!Inigo(+HP -Def), L!Lyn (+Spd -Def), and +1'd L!Ike and +4'd Micaiah (switching to +Atk -Def). Among 4-stars, a +HP -Res Chrom I will be merging into, a 4-star Gunter to make the Three Heroes quests not a complete nightmare, and a Nanna merge. Now to lay low until next month's Legendary, gotta +10 Gunnthra. Next New Heroes better not be bait. F2P Alt: About 50 orbs for nothing. Most valuable thing was Reposition.

    Top 10k in Assault. Promoted Titania instead of my last Arvis to help this arena season. After thinking the team through, I put Hone Cavalry on her, then S!Sharena runs dual tactics, so L'Arachel can unleash a fully powered Blarblade+. Leif did well for me so far so he's my sword user.

    Can confirm this works, I was sandbagging after my real run and lost to an Alfonse lead hiding some troll horse team.

    And I finally raised the dew so my Caeda is complete. +Atk -HP and good old Fury-Desperation. The C and seal are for mixed-movement teams, thanks first Siegbert for being -Atk and second one for being +Atk so I could SI the first one.
