They omitted certain stuff from the bios. I recall early translations of Mercedes bios clearly saying she's older than most of the students, but that seems to not be a thing on the english site. Maybe ageist?

Sigurd was my first FE lord and I've been wanting more merges. Saved up 150+ orbs for him. Then the summer banner happened, and I took the bait. Now I have a 5% pity rate, no orbs, and my Sigurd free summon turned out to be Gray of all things.

I like the attempt to give us more clarity with what happened to Ike using Priam in Awakening. But Priam had little importance or story himself. We don't know if Ike found the outrealms, who he canonically ventures with, who he impregnates, nothing. But the biggest flaw is no real reason for Ike to just disappear from Tellius. We don't even know who leads the Greil Mercs because Titania is still Deputy Commander in her ending. Usually characters with this ending makes sense, like Navarres or the silent types. People who keep to themselves will be mysterious to the end. For Kamui, it's in his character. For Ike, it isn't. For several Marth characters, it isn't.

It starts with design. Corrin is stuck with the look of a middle child no matter what. The clothing they wear isnt to my liking and while having no shoes makes them stand out, they also make no sense and is never brought up in-game. Although female can be rather attractive, I couldnt say the same for male Corrin. Another thing is how they are visually part dragon. Its hard for me to think of them as my avatar with pointy ears and red eyes/pale skin. Also Corrin fails as an avatar even by personality. They arent a blank slate for us to fill. They are always naive, caring, and bipolar. They keep letting people get killed for no good reason and its just rather dumb.

Dont forget like every voice in Fates pretty much voiced another character, sometimes up to 3. This wont be anything new. Although Im tempted to see the RD cast with new voices. Im pretty sure even Ike will get a new voice

Travis is now the myrmidon and merc archetype. Tbh, Kaiji is a fantastic VA, so he can pull off multiple characters. I just hope we see a lot less repeats

Lex because underappreciated axe users and a huge bias on my part. Though, I REALLY want Samson to climb out of the hole of forgotten Marth characters because he's awesome and hot as hell.

Damn, I voted for Scarlet but my love for Ophelia was forgotten. rip I think my favortism to big bro tank dwindled a bit. It was a tie between hinata or Shura for men

A lot of Jakob's supports are cringe, which isnt as bad as they were in Japan at least. And we dont have any support discussing tits anymore, thankfully. Oboro/Hinata is friendzone central. Most of the kids supports, the worst offender being anything from Male Kana.

Siegbert looks best with dark hair, but his only options is Mozu and ehh..... Shiro looks great with most, but he works with Kagero the best simply because it matches his dads well. He's good either way. Ophelia with a more bold blonde/Yellow. Only female Corrin can give it but it looks fantastic. Her other colors are fairly harmless. Mitama looks nice in Hinoka's deep bold red, same with Sophie. Not a fan of pink on either, and only Sophie can work darker shades. Darks and bitch black for Dwyer. His natural hair setting tends to darken the brightest colors so it doesnt mesh well, like Azura. Midori is my pet peeve with her eyebrows so I try to work with Setsuna's color I dont think it's possible to mess up Soliel's hair but Im biased toward her and Azura's light blue and Peri's darker shading. Just blue in general. Same with Nina, but she tends to favor lighter colors, like Charlotte's blonde. Im a huge lover of her Selena hair tho.

Keep in mind that some Revelation ships aren't really worth it or just bad. Laslow and Hana, while decent, dont compare to other pairings like Laslow/Camilla or such. Still better than Orochi/Laslow tho

I never thought enemy dancers were really a good idea. Outside of it being dumb in general, the AI hasnt utilized them greatly in previous games, and they were just easy kills. Layla seems just like another NPC who seemed to have a bit more importance in the plot like the old lady who looks after Elise in Birthright. If we focused on one cohesive plot then maybe they'd have more time to shine but idk. She's cute. I bit of a waste of a cute design.

She's too good for Corrin.

I don't mind the support with Leo, but it isnt anything worth noting outside of gameplay pair up stats and eugenics. He's pretty blunt towards her desires and dreams because shes a bad maid. It's basically like 90% of all her supports are like. Leo means well, and tries to reason with it, but then he just gives up and says shes fine as is. Then he proposes. Meh. I still haven't found a serious support I love for Felicia outside of Laslow so far.

Not so surprised with Kaze/Azura. It's a super sweet support and is the first one I did. While I liked it, I still prefer Laslow/Azura (glad to see it's also making progress). Kaze has many options. Surprised that I didnt see Niles coming for Male Kamui. But it beats incest anyday. Sad to see Rhajat getting recognition tho. Another surprise is how Mozu is doing. But she's basically pair up fodder on most playthroughs for Kaze or Silas.

Kagero/Azama. I give credit to Treehouse for this and only a handful of other stuff, but I also have to judge them by it as well. This support was completely written over from the terrible Japanese one. But it could have been much, much better, and is a pretty boring one about ninja clothes. Ryoma/Camilla. Such potential squandered because Corrin's ass didnt have enough kissing already. I cringe every time people bring up Corrin for no reason, especially when it doesnt fit the character. (Niles says he will cut Selena some slack because Corrin trusts her. Not her master, Camilla. Not Leo. Corrin.) As much as I love Benny.....some of his supports are meh. Being the social butterfly he is, many of his supports have him saying very little, and uses a lot of ellipses. Also really hate how many of his support revolves around him being scary looking. Same goes with Nyx and her child body.

It was always ridiculous to begin with when you think about it. I've grown to like what I've been given. But it's still cutting content that isnt offensive so either way. I'd rather know if more niche removals are added back, like swimsuits, the camera angles in the hot springs, and supports for Kana and Soleil.

Skipped a few, but Im fairly confident in my choices since I've been support grinding for a while now.

Hana and Anna sharing the same voice makes me cringe for some reason. Especially since the VA has a more older female voice and her voice cracks in pitch. Never liked Hana's voice and it was even worse knowing it was Anna all along. Matthew Mercer, as great as he is, just doesnt sound any different in his 4 roles. Though Im especially fond of his Azama.

Leo's too admired and praised in the game as the country's best mage. He's also not short for confidence. Takumi seems like the best choice for a protagonist role because of his insecurities and his determination to improve. Ryoma and Xander both could work in a Sigurd kinda way.

Siegbert x Ophelia. References the time travel, deals with Ophelia's insecurities with Siegbert being a prince, and makes best girl future queen. Female Kana x Kiragi is the only way to go. Her only romantic support and cute asf. Around the same age and act like kids, but Kiragi himself has a handful of super cute supports too. Just as stated above, same goes with Selkie and Male Kana being his only match. I hate ForrestxSoleil, but I refuse to S rank her with anyone else. Forrest has so much potential with other ladies. Some of my favorite supports aren't as fun as they were in the Japanese version, to me at least, like ShiroxCaeldori. Him and Nina are good, same with NinaxDwyer (heck they even got official art together.) I need to do more second gen supports since Im focusing on the 1st gen first but these are ones I did and enjoyed.

I think hates a strong word but I never liked Soleil in the japanese since shes pretty disturbing. A pure obnoxious genki The localization feels like shes trying way too hard to date women and they just wont let her, and its sad because thats mostly the localizations fault. Having a plethora of male S ranks demolished because Nintendo of America is convinced shes 100% gay. Even her S with male Corrin is awkward. I cant bring myself to like her and shes been a pet peeve of mine since I really like Laslow
