I usually get the same kind of level ups with them. +1 HP 60% of the time. +1 other stat the others.
When the talk first started about them, I thought it was just half-joking hype.

Red Fox, Dio, Pilot, Nightmare, and Popo can't be the villains, they are the good guys.
And Tangerine is more like a Lex Luthor type character, since lies to SF and tries to destroys the hero.

Hey, now. Penguin isn't so bad. He has the unique aspect of being one of the few Batman villains that is actually sane, not to mention that he also forges a strange alliance of sorts with Batman. Although, I suppose you and Freohr could be Dee Dee from Batman Beyond, but then you'd have to change your gender.
Oh, and Sirius would be Mr. Freeze. How could I forget one of the best Batman rogues ever?
Eh, could be worse I suppose. Plus, as probably only Dio would get, it makes a funny point to my hockey inclinations.
