Rezzy Posted August 5, 2016 Share Posted August 5, 2016 (edited) Made me forget to post a fact Knows I actually got ridiculously lucky, rng-blessed irl, in that none of the four people from school I knew even were at the orientation, I assume they're attending the two other dates for it. but the actual orientation itself (the real reason I'm there) scared the hell out of me. It lasted 9 hours and every second of it filled me with dread. College looks absolutely terrifying and miserable. It's going to be a ton of work and an organizational nightmare, and I don't even have a major or any goals to motivate me. Sorry to hear that. When I started college, it was a bit nerve wracking as well, but for different reasons. Are you starting this fall? I won't sugar coat anything. College and going out on your own can be scary, but a positive mindset can help. "This too, will pass." Soledai Posted August 5, 2016 Share Posted August 5, 2016 Your information was correct, I'm just in a program right now that lets me attend college classes and earn both high school and college credits for them, letting me get my associate's and bachelor's degree really early.
