I was kinda talking with my own experiences in mind, which happens to be VGC, where I personally feel it can't do much. I suppose running Perish song specifically for it and stallers helps, but Porygon2 (Which usually runs Toxic) is so common that I just can't see it working normally. Don't get me wrong, with good setup, its works. But VGC lacks that setup, and that happens to be what I play. Sorry for the misunderstanding/not fully explaining myself. I made that comment jokingly anyways, although I do think Evoboost is meh in VGC. Love Live avi? I think? Hard to tell on mobile tbh. Like I stated earlier, in Doubles, games tended to revolve around whether you could stop Eevee from Baton Passing, which is easier said than done, given Wide Guard, Fake Out, and redirection. In Little Cup, Eevee could practically nuke the tier after getting boosted, and it could still Baton Pass if it ever ended up in trouble. Btw, you guessed right. Plays VGC.
