In doubles, yes - most of the viable users of Whirlwind and Roar would have to give up something else, thus running into 4MSS issues (and that's ignoring that your phazer might just get sent to rekt city before they attack). Not sure about Little Cup, but if I had to guess, most of the mons that use those tend to be passive. Better hurry up and defeat the Giant Bosses brfore they realize what's happening. Basically, they're unable to fit it a move because you can only have 4 moves.Ergo, Roar/Whirlwind/Dragon Tail might have helped in stopping it, but not when you have to give up a vital move to use it (the latter in particular can miss, and doesn't work on Fairies). There's also the matter of all those moves having negative priority, meaning that the user just might get fainted before they can use it. Joined after me.
