I'm confused. Yeah, that's definitely true. I agree that it's better to be safe than sorry. And cutting down on sugar is never a bad thing. At least here in America where sugar is highly integrated with meals. I've seen really, really bad teeth when I lived in Kyrgyzstan. Like wow. Such bling. Or the absence of teeth. Remember the last time you went into the outside world? Yeah. Well, it should be okay to have sugar. Just brush after every meal. I've seen some in villages around here. Truly a sight to behold. I helped a team of dentists that went to a village to help the locals with their teeth. Many, many teeth were pulled. But that wasn't the worst of it. My 100+ flea bites were. MY GOD THEY ITCHED.
