General Spoon
Who'd your favorite game antagonist? Mine is Miror B., though after reading the Metroid manga, Ridley ranks up there (he's constantly spouting awesome one-liners). Lynx from Chrono Cross is on my list as well. Kefka is also on said list. Edited June 19, 2009 by Miror B.
burning_phoneix
Why do we need a favorite protagonist and antagonist when we already have a favorite character thread?
Der Kommissar
GLaDOS. I'd format HER hard drive, if you know what I mean. Edited June 19, 2009 by Urist McMiner
Agro
GLaDOS.I'd format HER hard drive, if you know what I mean. I don't think I've ever come across a villain as awesome as GLaDOS is.

Ragnell
The Black Knight and Ganondorf tie for me. The BK's story was really cool, especially in the NA version of Radiant Dawn. And Ganondorf is just about as evil as you can get. But he does have a fairly interesting backstory in the Gerudo Tribe. Edit: Oh, I forgot Axel from KH. He always seems to be fighting against you (except in 358/2 Days), but he's actually a really cool character. His life is pretty tragic, too. Got it memorized? Rei Rei
Goddamn Kefka, he actually achieves his goal. Also Luca Blight for being a major asshole, X-Death for being a badass, and Gilgamesh for being GIRUGAMESH
Suichimo
Saturos and Menardi. If only for the fact that had Isaac and Garet been told the whole truth, they likely could've ended up as allies. Its only thanks to The Lost Age that we even know that they were trying to prevent the destruction of Weyard and save their town. Not to mention, the triggering of the trap in Sol Sanctum was a mistake caused by lack of information.
Kriemhild
Lloyd Reed Ganondorf Magus Alex Dimentio Ledah Gulcasa Rinehart Ishtar Selena Brenya I have more. Apparently, I seem to prefer antagonists a lot more tan protagonists.
grandjackal
...Who do you think? ...Yeah, Kefka was better, but... Pfeh! Either way, I'd actually have to say Nergal of this very series.

Shuuda
Kefka. Bring on the lines! "Nothing can beat the music of hundreds of voices screaming in unison." "Idiot! Read my lips — mercy is for wimps! There's a reason "oppose" rhymes with "dispose"... If they get in your way, kill them!" "Bleh! You people make me sick! You sound like lines from a self-help book!" "I wield the greatest power in existence! You may as well be the dirt on the bottom of my boots! Or the dirt stuck to the bottom of that dirt!" "Hee-hee-hee! But what fun is destruction if no "precious" lives are lost?"
Loki Laufeyson
Ganondorf for his evilness! "To the evil jar with you!" Magus because Magus is the most awesome. Dracula (Castlevania). He just keeps coming back for more and is just too cool! Kefka does have brilliant lines. BK is pretty good.
