Most of the characters you could sum up with "Generic anime person" and leave it at that, so it's not surprising you'd see stuff that looks like them elsewhere. However, he has yet to provide any photographic evidence (and won't be doing so unitl mid-January at the earliest). Not exactly a look-alike per se, but I always thought that if there were any FE character that looked similar in some ways to Sephiroth, it'd be Idun and Sephiran.
