Rule set up: Hector Normal Mode (No Lyn) Everyone gets Hector, EITHER Lyn or Eliwood, and Ninian/Nils. This brings us to 40 characters. I will accept 5 people, including myself, so 8 characters for all players, plus Hector, Bonus Lord, and Marcus. Thieves can only gather items in the desert. Undrafted thieves doing otherwise cannot do otherwise, with one exception. Matthew gets ONE free use in chapter 11. Otherwise, 4 of us would get the 4 turn penalty for using him. Other important undraftee rules. Meatshielding is allowed without weapons Trading among units is allowed Characters may recruit other characters. You are allowed to restart on 2 conditions: one of your draftees dies, or if a lord dies. Only restricted character is the Tactician, to keep this simple.
