Original Alear
I like surprise crits and venin axes too, Soul. Doesn't that mean you lost him on 1-8?
Anouleth
In Hard Mode, Volug can't really survive the left hand side. It's recommended to move him away so that Nailah can clear out the 1-range Bandits and Soldiers on enemy phase (he can't 1-round them either), but if you want to 3-turn, you have to move him back to take out a Mage or Priest (since Nailah doesn't have enough player phase on her own). Easy Mode, he should be fine. Edited February 28, 2011 by Anouleth

Darros
.........Volug died once ever on me due to being hit by Elfire on a 23 hit. But on easy?!?! You can now only repent by using Meg and Fiona on HM.

I personally like easy mode because it allows me to use anyone i feel like or my favorite units who are often low tier. :( But VOLUG DYING? Wow...really....thats...i dont know what to make of that. Junkhead
I like surprise crits and venin axes too, Soul. Aren't the EM enemies (Mages aside) as weak as to barely do double-digit Dmg on Volug with a critical? And venin just takes 1-3 per turn. If it makes you feel better, I had Tibarn die at 3-11 & 4-5 in HM. :) (He kept getting hit by everying. Especially Tigers) I like playing Easy Mode so I can use Makalov and Sigrun But you can use them on a casual HM runthrough as well. 80 It's also easy in NM to accomplish without making the difficulty laughably easy. Emeraldfox
The left side. I had him and Nailah cover that side on Normal, so I figured he should cover it on Easy too.
