First, the difficulty is a poll (it'll probably be H3 or H5 based on current results). Second, I'm only fielding my least experienced units. Third, I only get one of each class. I don't think he should get too many stat boosters, as they won't have much effect come lategame. But Jagen should be fine as long as you don't overexpose him to enemies.
