Rules

- Ratings are assumed to be on Hard mode (LHM, EHM, and HHM). If they appear more than once, all of their appearances should be considered overall.

- To be counted, votes need some explanation regarding the difficulty in fighting them (unless they fall into the general parameters of the average rating, but reasoning is still strongly encouraged on those even if you just wanna quote people) — incredibly low scores or high scores without proper justification will not be counted. Don't put in some random text thinking it'd count as justification. Put in at least a little thought and give REAL reasoning.

+/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is okay, but no more.

- Numbers for votes, please - not something like "Fargus/10", etc.

- Votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Makes it easy to calculate, please and thank you~!

- Make votes easily visible, please~! ##Vote:

After one full month, we finally come to the final bosses. Nergal, a dark druid who desires to bring dragons back to Elibe. And if he had succeeded? Well, that one dragon you do fight? Imagine fighting a lot more of them.....

7/10, I'm honestly not to high up on Nergal as a boss, I never felt the desire to really wanna punch his face in. As a boss, he's not really that difficult when you have Athos/Bishops/Any tough melee unit. The dragon is much tougher, but then again it's a personality-less blob of HP and for it's buildup it's hilariously destroyed by Athos or Canas. Even disregarding Luna cheesing, it's still (As is the fault with many boss battles in an SRPG) 1 vs 11. When those 11 are the cream of your crop, the boss doesn't seem as difficult.

Still not even close to the big joke that Idoun wound up being. So together they get a nice solid 7/10. Alone though neither really hold up.

Nergal is pretty scary over all. His tome shaves off a lot of HP. Plus hes got good defense. Still, he doesnt take a lot of time to take down. You could probably take him down in two turns. Tops. But he is gonna do some damage to your guys before he goes down. 8/10

Dragon. Dragon isnt very scary. I find the siege tome jerk offs more threatening. :P: However, he hits at about 37 HP. Luckily he doesnt hit more than that. Just dont have anyone under that HP in his range. He takes a bit to take down if you arent spamming Luna with Athos. Spamming Luna with Athos makes this final boss kind of a joke really. Even if Athos isnt critting with that, hes still taking off 60 HP per round. Thats quite a bit. Two turns can do it. (One if Athos crits.)

Nergal - I don't think he is really hard to beat. You just need to be careful. I usually kill him with Lucius + Aureola and the lords hitting him and crtblicking him.

7/10

Dragon - Lol Luna, heal, dance, :X

3/10

Nergal's really not too bad, as long as your characters have enough HP+resistance to withstand at least one hit. I'm pretty sure Nergal won't double anyone you bring to endgame, unless you purposely bring ... like, base Bartre or base Nino for some reason. He hits hard, but he usually only hits once. Durandal, Armads, Sol Katti, any of the S-weapons, or even a silver weapon in the hands of someone with enough strength will do the job.

The Fire Dragon actually isn't too bad, as long as your dragon-killers aren't screwed. Canas and Athos can use Luna. Hector can use Armads. Lyn can use Sol Katti (with Filla's Might to increase damage output). Eliwood can use Durandal. Even max-strength Rath with Reinfleche and Filla's Might can at least damage the dragon, and I'm sure that goes for other units too. Dragon's not too bad, as long as you don't do something stupid like put Nils/Priscilla/any unit with <37 HP in his range. With a little luck, you can beat this guy on turn 1.

7/10 for Nergal, 5/10 for the dragon

Well, Luna rapes everything so...

But outside of Luna, Nergal does give some difficulty. He's got 50 base attack, hits Resistance, and has pretty good defenses, too. His speed is poor, though, so a lot of characters are going to double him. He also dodges a decent amount of criticals unless you're slapping Swordmasters on him.

He's randomly weak to Aureola, which is odd to me.

7.5/10 for Nergal.

As for the Dragon, it deals 37 damage when it hits, which is frequently. But otherwise, it's pretty easy to take it down, especially because you should have a crapton of staves lying around.

6/10
