Anouleth
Hanon is the Sacae chick with the bow. From the 8 Heroes. (on another note, kinda funny how Sacaen women rarely fight (ShinFir support) when their resident hero is a woman) It's also mentioned in Karla/Farina iirc. Funny how Sacaens say their women rarely fight yet of the nine Sacaeans you get, four are female: Karla, Fir, Lyn, and Sue.
Ciarre
And 3 out of 4 are sword users, even though it says that Sacaean women rarely use swords over bows.

Funny how Sacaens say their women rarely fight yet of the nine Sacaeans you get, four are female: Karla, Fir, Lyn, and Sue. That's because the rest died defending themselves with baskets of corn and figs. (on a more honest answer, I don't remember the reasons for Sue, but the other three are contextual situations where Fir is following her mother, Lyn surviving on her own, and Karla being whatever Karla is). Sunwoo
I don't remember the reasons for Sue Well, she is the chief's granddaughter. Maybe that is reason enough?
eclipse
Karla's was because her family was like that (read her support with Karel).
BrightBow
It's even worse then that. Lyn went as far as saying said that her tribesmen were "old-fashioned" and "wouldn't follow a woman". Hanon is a war hero of the Scouring and the founder of Sacae and very likely the greatest national hero of the country. It's embarrassing enough that the games claim that Sacaen have this sort of attitude but then they also add that Sacaen women wouldn't pick up a sword. And yet the game puts female Sacaen swordfighters all over the place. That one of them was the chiefs daughter in an "old-fashioned" clan puts the cherry on top of this nonsense. The whole thing is just hilarious bad writing. Forget what I said. The topic is already off the rails. Refa
maybe they should've made HANON a dude after all
BrightBow
maybe they should've made HANON a dude after all Or they should simply not have claimed that Sacaen have issues with Women. Way easier that way and it doesn't make the female Sacaens we do meet feel out of place.

BrightBow
how is that easier than changing a few letters Well, I guess it's not "easier"... But it would fix the issue of there being a lot of female warriors so it would actually make sense that way.
Nintenlord
A lot of problems in FE7 can be fixed by removing Lyn from the game.

Mylady
Male. If one day they adapt the heroes story, he can be called only "Bram". I wouldnt care if is a female though, that would be nice as well.
