You know, I just realized that I jinxed myself right at the beginning. Also fwiw Dondon has informed me that staff range is not equal to MAG, but MAG/2 + 5, which for Clarine is pretty much the same thing, and which for enemy staffers barely matters, since they have like 20 range anyways.
