Reducing accuracy just puts things entirely to RNG, which is terrible. And making them expensive won't do anything, there's pretty much infinite money in the game anyway. Just give them 10 uses (15 uses for hand axes and Javelin). Javelin can stay at 2X the cost of the normal variation, but the other should cost 2X the weapon's cost per use of the next weapons (In this case, Tomahawk cost 10 X (80X2) = 1600 Gold, for 10 uses. 80 being the cost per uses of a Brave Axe.). Javelin and Hand Axe are quite common, but, without counting DLC/Spotpass teams, and Skirmish, the other weapons are not that common... You can buy Short Spear and Short Axe regularily only after having beaten Priam, which mean you're already in endgame here. Tomahawk are only present with Anna in a game where Rift Door are rare Items. Javelin/Hand Axe are pretty common, but you won't kill anyone endgame with them (Unless you're units is far stronger than them, but that's not really the problem). Early on, they are quite costly.
