Make them level 1 unpromoted Step 2: Give it a skill that increases growth rate by 50% Step 3: Give it a 50% + growth rate in everything but DEF and RES, which you gives 5% Step 4: Have the unit recruited 7 chapters before the end of the game, during which the enemies has, at worst 2.5 times their best stats +5 Step 5: Give them a shota or a loli appearance ????? Must look animu-like. Step 3: Give them a personality that panders to lonely people. Ignore anything that makes them remotely interesting. Step 4: Put special lines that make the boys/girls wet.
