Even skill couldn't overcome poison running through your body, and as Kris had continued fighting against the axe wielders he didn't notice the Shaman sending a ball of dark energy at him, impacting his side and sending him against the wall before slumping down in a heap. His chest hurt too damn bad.... moving around so much while the poison was taking effect really hadn't been a wise idea.

Sophia cursed under her breath as she saw Kristoph fall, then rode to his side and healed him again. Even then, they'd need backup if they wanted to survive more than two rounds of combat against the enemies surrounding them. "Tara! Help!"

"Hah, that went better than expected!" Helen brags shortly after dodging the shaman's magic. Maybe luck wasn't against her entirely today.

Seeing Sophia grab a wounded Kristoph and retreat, she figured to buy them some time and even help Tara to clean up the rest of the enemy resistance in this side of the fort. Perhaps her time to shine was finally near!

Helen moves to (9,6), attacking the (8,6) Thief. Returning to (10,6) after the attack.

Hans was spaced out in his cell when the fighting initially broke out. In fact, this was the 4th time in the past year where he had been in a situation like this. It seemed that a lot of people on the mainlands took the whole trespassing thing way too seriously. Heck, the only reason Hans was here in the first place was because he took a nap outside in the shade of the building.

A man had spoken at Hans a little while ago, a little bit after the fighting outside continued. To be fair, Hans really wasn't in the most talkative mood, as prisoner small talk never was all the fun for him as the standard questions just made the other prisoners think he was odd. However, Hans also didn't want to be rude, so at least made an effort at a conversation, albeit one that may have had nothing to do with what the man had said before him.

"Well, looks like whoever decided to knock on these guys' door are at least putting up a fight. The guards outside the door ran away a little while ago. Name's Hans by the way, and as the first prisoner to be thrown in here, I call first prisoner to be out the door."

Certainly not Hans' most graceful speech, but interrupting nap time does that to a man.

Hans moves to [05,05] and sits down in front of the door.
