Then we wouldn't have to care about any canon shit and everyone can be happy. :P Honestly speaking though, I highly doubt we will be getting any sequel of any sort, and if we do, it probably won't involve any of the pairings at all. They get their default hair colors to not reveal any parentage And they could have two options: 1) Since they don't appear in any cutscenes, they just need the moms to be shown. Or they don't even need to show the parents. 2) They can use the transfer thing for the rest of the pairings, and randomly pair up the other ones that don't fit (ones with Chrom, Sumia, or Avatar based pairing). Yeah, not showing anyone would work, but I think people might want to see older versions of some of the characters. IS is not really a reactionary company. Nintendo really does what it wants most of the time. Different shipping won't make anyone not buy the game in large mass which is Nintendo's main concern. I still prefer the data transfer option. It could be like the star wars prequels and explain his dad's presumed tragic fall. The first half of the game is you play as Chrom's dad, and in the second half you are trying to defeat him. The company has a canon that they use for things like books and comics, but their canon doesn't override the player's own head canon. Not that I expect IS to do anything fancy if there is a sequel. I'm actually really surprised that ChromxSumia got anywhere at all. I thought everyone hated the pairing because it was pushed and the pie supports were dumb. xP Plus I thought ChromxFemale Avatar was the biggest thing.
