At least now we have a powerful, but most importantly accurate alternative to brave weapons in the silver forges!

Also, a note about the Laguz gauges: if there's a number in the brackets, the Laguz is naturally transformed and the gauge is gradually depleting. Usually that Laguz is equipped with the Full Guard. If no number is displayed, the Laguz Band/Demi-Band is equipped and there is no gauge (if unequipped, it is reduced to 0, but nobody should be doing this). I accidentally got Giffca's equipment wrong - he started the battle with the Laguz Band.

Cleanly 2HKO'd considering Oscar's recovery off the Sol proc!

So here we find that being doubled by Giffca and not having a Laguzguard is dangerous. With a Laguzguard, Oscar would've survived with 28 HP, which is enough to survive another round against Giffca (the halved damage rounds down).

Once I introduce Fixed Mode averages though, Oscar is doubled by Giffca no more (and has +1 str).

More than 26 is only needed to ensure not being doubled by SMs, the latter being cockblocked and destroyed by Brave Lance armours/Makalov (so far only in theory as we're only in our third game, but it's sound enough), but 26 is a must to not be completely destroyed by Giffca (though a Laguzguard turns defending against him into more or less acceptable).
