For some reasone I thought snipers had a 29 cap... Stoopid gba

Doesn't matter anyway. It still doubles all below 29, which is a significant number. Including top tiers like Rolf and Ike. But having a 28 def Tauro with earth affinity and autonihil is even worse.

and for fe10 units only?

Not to mention his base 23 Str which is only 2 away from the Sniper cap, and Water affinity to pile on the damage. If only his base speed were just a little bit better, he wouldn't be a Speedwing drain.

Oh I actually have a team made of this, from back when I put this thing together.

If I recall, Devdan =/= Danved....so yea, he's a seperate unit.

Would anyone be interested in my converting the stats of all FE10 units to FE9 format, instead of just the units that don't exist within the game?

He IS most definetely Devdan despite that he claims that he is most certainly not Devdan. He gets transfer bonuses. That's evidence enough for me.

They are separate units, you can use both if you want.

also @Elie it'd be cool, but If you're just taking the level 20 tier 2 stats, just looking at them, the fe10 equivlant is almost always better.

Or you could take their tier 3 stats and reduce them accordingly with caps, idk. Like Geoffery averages 30.3 Strength in FE10, with a cap of 33. The cap of 26 is roughly 78% of 33, so you could just take 78% of 30.3, which turns out to be uh, 24, which would probably end up being a more accurate representation of their stats, but it's effort.

I'd help you out if you did the second method, I like stats,

Yeah, we should work on the FE10 Laguz a bit. Even the royals are weaker than normal Laguz with no boosters.

I don't think Awareness will be as prominent as you say it is going to be, at least until/unless we involve boosters / max stats into the thing, but it's a powerful skill, no doubt about it.

nihil is the only way to block 20+% adepts and 40% pavises, plus it's the only way other than goddess shields to nullify life and death. it also might nullify charge.

EDIT: i forgot, it also blocks gale, which can be extremely dangerous given the OP weaponry in this game.

I agree, that would be a very good way to make the FE10 laguz not suck, but since they have lower caps in that game we'd need to account for that.

2. Do people feel that making a program to simplify the job of the host would get people interested again? (I could get one out before the end of the year, but I wanna see what people think before I spend my time making it.)

I know I really didn't mind hosting, I always found it fun to calculate the scenerios, but I'm a numbers guy and not everyone is.

I was a little sad this died out, I thought it was pretty fun. I'm kinda busy the next few days though, so I dunno if i'll have time to make a team. I could host if you're really desparate for one though if you find an opponent.
