I don't know how popular that game is, but I would wager that Awakening is infinitely more popular. Maybe that's the reason why, they don't want the community flooded instantly. Lots of cool art there. You can change region at the bottom of the main communities page. You can even post in communities that are outside your region. I have a nice OP planned with instructions to access the community and share images. Also to keep our NNIDs updated. I'm on iPhone now so I can't do much.
