This can involve listening to music, watching TV / a movie, playing a video game, or just going out and wander around my college campus / the areas outlying my college campus. I also tend to shy away from food whenever I'm depressed...I'm already overweight, and I'm known to binge-eat when I'm blue. 1.) Sit out in the rain if raining I've done this a few times.
