Like, Bahamut will kick your ass but is totally beatable with the right buffs. Later enemies and bosses get really tough though(and by enemies, I mean Behemoths). DQ normal enemies are bearable if you let the MP tap flow. The problem with this is Magic Water is RARE and you want to conserve for bosses. Boss difficulty hinges on whether or not they possess one attack: Wave of Ice/Disruptive Wave. It strips you of all buffs ie Oomph, Acceleratle, Kabuff, etc., never fails without Knight Watch, and hits everyone. It's an incredibly lame and cheesy way to compensate for how broken Buffing is otherwise. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just, like, jumped with Kain on Bahamut, since my Rosa couldn't set up reflects in time. Worked like a charm (GBA version) Well I was talking about FFV(gba). In that game megaflare will probably insta-kill your party, but he doesn't usually use right away, which allows for enough time to get shell on everyone(I think I did it with two white mages). (You literally can 'overkill' enemies.) A friend was bored with all of the games he had, as was I, he brought up this f2p game since I didn't like PoE (Path of Exile) that much to keep playing it with him.
