It's technically from a video game, kind of, after a fashion. (From the visual novel Mindead Blood, if memory serves.) It's the karaoke/off-vocal version of Sakura Mau. (櫻舞う = Sakura Mau = Cherry Blossom Dance, depending on how far you want to take a translation to English.) I've never actually played the game, so I don't know if it's like an ending theme or what.
