Jotari Posted June 3, 2014 Share Posted June 3, 2014 It's probably negatively affected my vocabulary on some points, I do not think of the right things at all when I hear Myrmidon and Troubadour. It might have helped me remember the precise definition of Incandescent which before I probably would have just used interchangeably with glow until Radiant Dawn put the two words in front of me. FE's broader definition is an outright misuse. This series has Not affected my vocabulary. The one thing I can say for sure is I didn't know vulnerary was a word, but it's not like I fucking use it in real life. Poultice sounds better anyway. Actually, FE13's Maribelle taught me a lot of noble speak like "craven cur", " base born", and "den of iniquity". The writing for her is pretty great.
