Actually, Weegee is not currently in the game, if your referring to Luigi as being the same character, I beg to differ with you on that one.

The difference is, one of them is Luigi.

And the other is Weegee.

But even if one views them as different forms of the same character,

Samus is already in the game, yet so is Zero Suit Samus.
