It took pretty much all day... I hope this is still relevant to someone somewhere? I feel like everyone probably got what they wanted from these already. xD This would have taken even longer if a good friend didn't do the cleaning and typesetting for me. (Even then, after the translation was done it took another four hours) In case you're wondering why it looks a little different. You may have to zoom in a little, but the text should be readable.
