They really did reach into the past though, huh. When you said first two, I thought it'd have been from CS1 and 2, not FC and SC!

OMG, Mario was in FC!? Totally missed him.

Spoiler

Most people do, the only way to unlock him is to max out the amount of mushrooms in your inventory, go into the sewers, and type out “Chris Pratt” on your keyboard.

Why is this not embedding?

Well the thing about CS2 is it had high highs and low lows. Does this game have that?

That's what people who like CS4 say.

Hmm, Argentina vs. Netherlands quarters eh?

Yeah Netherlands taking it. Both are shit tbh, but Netherlands are much much more efficient and do score well. Argentina is just Messi + Martinez + 9 C level players

That's what I thought about Argentina in 2014, and look how far they've gone...

Scenario 14: Evil Descends

The two battleships finally unite, at a facility handed over by the VTX Union. Ruri tells Bright that Captain Goldwin wants to meet with them. Meanwhile in the Carriax, Amasaki tells Rami that it's time to meet the members of the other group. There's an actual choice to go or not, and I don't think it affects either way, so I go for going to the meeting just in case. Amasaki also takes this moment to comment that Rami is smiling more often, which she attributes to finally getting the hang of the job, though she still has reservations over sorting in the Tyranado. Over at the Ra Cailum's hangar, the party comments about the Earth Group having grown. Both the Takeo General Company and the Brave Express Corps have joined in.

Thus starting roll call of the new guys, we have Watta Takeo, president of TGC and pilot of the Tryder G7. Who is world famous for being a grade-schooler who pilots a mecha and is a company CEO. Tryder G7 rarely appears in SRW, and in this game it's gonna be post-script... which is pretty much the norm. I think only in GC/XO they use the actual Tryder plot. Anyway, in addition we get the Shuttle, piloted by some of the TGC guys. Kakikoji, the Executive Director; Atsui, the Managing Director; Kinoshita, Operations; and Ikue, Office Affairs. If the rumor mill is to be believed, she is one of the few human girls Ryusei Date actually paid attention to, all the way back in Shin SRW. Anyway, they naturally get compared to SS3, and they do indeed say they're associates through Amasaki. And apparently Saizo and Kinoshita are also drinking buddies, heh.

Coming up next, the other company CEO, Maito Senpuji, head of both the Senpuji Concern and the Brave Express Corps, and pilot of the Mightgaine. Might Gaine is something of a VTX Trilogy staple, as it has only appeared so far in SRW for the trilogy, and also has the mark of being the second Brave series in SRW, after GaiGaoGar and before J-Decker in 30. It might be this recurring trio of appearances that for T it's also post-script, from what I recall. We also get some of their Super AI's as party members. In addition to Black Mightgaine, we also get Battle Bomber and Guard Diver. The rest of the crew are in another mission and thus won't be joining us... and I think they won't in this game at all.

To compensate, we also have a couple of the GGG Mobile Squadron Super AI members. HyoRyu and EnRyu, who combine into ChoRyuJin... and for this game, they'll always deploy combined and can't de-combine. Unlike in other games like W. Big Volfogg is also here, who we hadn't seen since like, the first scenario. The rest of them also won't be making an appearance here, currently assigned to GGG America.

On the topic, the Space team wonders where Guy is, and we're only told he's on a date. With Mikoto is the most likely guess, who has also joined up as a Supporter. Also here is Shiro again and Koji Kabuto himself. Naturally, he elicits some awe among the Gundam kids, though Judao points out the Mazinger Z hasn't exactly been out and about, unlike Tetsuya and Great Mazinger. Though at this Koji states it's been undergoing experiments with photon power, and the data has been delivered to the Great Mazinger as well. Simply put, they're not the same machines as they were from ten years ago. Still, Mazinger Z can't exactly deploy unless given clearance by Japan's Prime Minister Yumi, but well, it's here with us now, so clearance granted. In addition, Great's photon power engine's limiter was lifted off now. In-game, this translates to a stat boost and unlocking Thunder Break. As a last note, it's only now that everyone has learned that Tetsuya is married and a soon-to-be father, heh.

In any case, it's a fact now, both autonomous groups will be working as one from now on. At this point Amasaki brings up the captains are meeting up with Goldwin, who has traveled all the way here. It's quite possible VTX Union will be the main sponsor of the group. On that subject, we know shift to the meeting. Goldwin brings up that even as a company CEO, he still is dedicate to fight for the Federation, though he also brings up he is also seeks to profit, considering this whole autonomous group as an investment, as well as promoting the Tyranado and Gespenst. That said, he also says this is also for backing up another player, to which he plans to introduce right now. It's... none other than Presbund. The guy that had previously talked to Haman! Both captains recognize him. Member of the Dawn Assemply and Councilman of the Earth Federation. Goldwin introduces him as the actual backer. He wants the group to keep the world around, as he says. The Federation can't be fixed if it ceases to exist. There will be more enemies than Neo Zeon and the Martian Successors, like the Zonder and Kikaiju, and thus are among the enemies the group will be fighting against. Thus, from now they'll be the "Tread on the Tiger's Tail", or T3 Autonomous Corps. We get the option to rename it, but I'll keep the default name. In any case, Presbund tells them to expect a mission as soon as tomorrow from the World Defense Council.

Meanwhile, over at G-Island City, Guy is there in his date with Mikoto, but also Mamoru has come along. He worries he's being a third wheel, though they tell him not to worry about it. They had noticed him moping ever since the Zonder came back, so they figured he needed some downtime too. They're right, but Mamoru instead brings up about it being something that happened at school. In any case, Mikoto says she needs to leave, and Guy tells Mamoru she is attending the World Defense Council tomorrow. Though before that, she is attending a pre-meeting at Bay Tower Base. Also in attendance are Rain and Sayaka, the former who takes this chance to ask her first about the date, though the subject is quickly dropped when Sayaka isn't showing much enthusiasm, as a reminder of her currently stagnant relationship with Koji. In any case, Rain is going to make a speech at the meeting tomorrow. Ever since the incident with the Devil/Dark Gundam, she has delved into research of the DG Cells, though it seems this didn't put Domon in a good mood, considering what he lost because of them. But Rain wants to bring forth the original purpose of the Ultimate Gundam. This make Sayaka comment she feels the same, and seems to have her own plans regarding a yet-to-be-made-public discovery at the Fujo Photon Power Plant. In any case, they hope that tomorrow they can convince the council to not fight against each other and instead combat the threats against humanity.

Just then, the Zonderian that approached Judau makes his appearance! Though he denies being one, instead calling himself one of the 31 Machine Primevals, the ture Zonder and heralds of the Machine Sublimation. The girls ask him if he's here to turn them into Zonder Metals, but before he can answer that, someone else appear. Someone proclaiming himself to be a defender of the planet. Someone who Rain is shocked to see. The portraited is half-shadowed but it's obvious who he is. He's...!

Scene cut! At the Nadesico, they're detecting a ship approaching G-Island City, seemingly having come out of nowhere! Over with the GGG guys, they've detected the arrival of unknown beings. Mikoto is here too, who tells her group managed to flee while the intruders began to fight against each other. The unknown beings are now confirmed hostile and a message to T3 has been sent. First to arrive is GaoGaiGar, who had detected the things too. Just then, they attack the base and... woah, they turned the entire thing to rubble! And now Guy is out for blood. Though the things are tougher than previous Zonder he's fought. But he won't give up. For everyone who has supported him, for everyone he must protect, he'll resort to his BRAVERY. And on cue who shows up but none other than Master Asia! Complete with Master Gundam. Wait, didn't he died! G Gundam is post-script! Well, he's not dead right now. The beings now move on to him, but then a ship shows up. It's the J-Ark, with King J-Der at the helm. The beings, identified now as Primevals, now move against the ship, but get pushed back. Two of the tree retreat, and J leaves in pursuit. But also, watching from afar, there's this guy, Pagliaccio, commenting about a calamity... Anyway, the last primeval changes form, and summons more enemies. At this point Guy finally addresses Master Asia, and outright asks that didn't he died? Though Master Asia simply goes on about his senses and berates him about needing help from others.

At this point, T3 finally shows up and we can deploy. They take note of the destroyed Bay Tower, specially Koji and Domon. But then Master Asia calls Domon a fool, telling him to not lose sight of the fight about to begin. And of course, Domon also is surprised to see him, but Master Asia simply says he's alive and that's all that matters. Though at Domon's further questioning, as in, bringing up that he saw him die, Master Asia seems to backpedal and... summons Death Army mechs! ... fine, Dark Amy. The group ponders if this means the Dark Gundam is back, but Master Asia won't be telling, and now denounces Domon as his pupil. And of course, Nero tries to call out to him and of straying off the path of justice, but Master Asia says he hasn't changed at all. He brings up he took to heart that humanity is part of nature and thus shouldn't be wiped out... but some humans are still undeserving to live. The fools, villains, and the weak. This angers Domon, declaring that if he's fallen to villainy again, he'll take him out, and beat the answers out of him as to why he and the Dark Army are back. Master Asia accepts this, but takes note he won't be fighting just us. The Primevals are also after him too. And it seems we finally are going to have a three-way fight on our hands.

And at last the stage begins! Phew, this was long. Anyway, we have Dark Army mechs led by the Master Gundam, and EI-15's led by ZX-01. SR Point of this stage is to beat twenty-eight enemies. Not counting the bosses, there are exactly that number of enemies. Which means... we can't let them destroy each other, because they will be attacking each other too. TacP Bonus is to have Guy fight Master Asia. Also, yet another points based secret begins here, with Master Asia points. One point gained for each of Domon and Guy fighting Master Asia. We get a third point if Domon defeats him. HOWEVER, defeating the bosses makes their mooks self-destruct. So they must be dealt last to gain the SR Point. So... let's go!

Okay, first order of business, put my team in-between both enemy groups. First sign of trouble, Master Asia moves from turn one. Got to keep him out of wandering into the Zonders.

Oh no, some of them are moving into the water to side-step us!

Ah, defeating enough Dark Army, Master Asia now call Domon to a duel, stating Gundam Fights will be over until he obtains his true goal... and of course, he still ain't telling. Domon activates his Hyper Mode, but Master Asia comments how he's still green, that he lost the concept of Meikyo-Shishu, and his Hyper Mode is activated with rage. Domon admits he still has much to learn, but he made a vow, to his late brother and master, that he'd seize victory with his own hands! The rest of the Shuffle Union show up, stating that after doing some soul searching with Captain Harlock, they're now back, better and stronger. The Arcadia detected the Primevals and after a trip through Hyperspace, dropped them off on the planet. They didn't expect to find us here... or a still-alive Master Asia for that matter. Master Asia still says he won't accept Domon, but the Shuffle Union are ready to join the fight!

Hmm, the event moved the Master Gundam closer to the Zonders... but is still away enough. Time to keep clearing the mobs. Though Master Asia goes after Domon, giving me the first point. Now I have to get Guy to fight him, clear the mooks, and take down Master Asia with Domon.

Alright, destroyed the entire Dark Army, then had Domon land the final blow on Master Asia. Got all three points! There was still one EI-15 left standing... but Master Asia was the 28th enemy defeated anyway so I got the SR Point with him. Anyway, Master Asia comments he wasn't half-serious yet, and withdraws, so until next time. Guy comments the G-Stone reacted to Master Asia earlier (when I had them fight for the point) and how the Primevals are also his enemy, and wonders what it could mean. Okay, time to mop up the last enemies...

Reducing the ZX-01's HP enough makes it regenerate back to full. The party comments they need to damage it faster than it can recover, but also that they need to extract its core. Guy says that's what his job is, but some among the party isn't quite sure. Not after being hurt and the apparent death of the GGG crew, including his girlfriend. But Domon is confident he can do it. He wants Guy to show what it means to be brave. And Guy will indeed do that. The G-Stone resonates, and Guy states he can't stop. Just then, a transmission arrives. It's Mikoto! They all lived! Chief Taiga had an emergency evacuation device. And at this point Genichiro Tsukiomi reveals himself to be present as well. At this it's revealed the emergency device was a Boson Jump. Mikoto says they're now in space, on new GGG base, the Orbit Base. Now assured she's safe, the G-Stone resonates again, turning Guy's courage into strength. The GGG also gets a stat boost out of this. With the entire GGG crew's support, Guy is ready to take down the primeval!

Once defeated, Guy goes in to deal the final blow and takes out the core. Mamoru then shows up, ready to purify it... but he's unable. Just then, Kaidoh shows up, and does it himself. The core turned into a Zonder Crystal, which he takes, saying that they're hold it. Guy wonders if he means he's with that battleship from before. Now with the enemy routed, the group is relieved their first battle as T3 went well and that the GGG Crew is safe. Just then, a message from the Arcadia comes. Neo Zeon has mobilized! Haman has finally declared war. We'll be returning to space next. Meanwhile, Mamoru is left feeling useless that he couldn't purify the core but Kaidoh could...

Now with everyone on board, the Shuffle Union have a moment, bringing up the earlier events about how they were all lost and needed to do some soul searching. Domon comments how the recent events made him realize he too needed to find his way, and fighting together was the spark needed to steer him back. Perhaps this war will hold the answers they seek. The Shuffle Union in full are now on board, part of the party at last. Still, Domon wonders about Master Asia... and the stage ends.

Phew... ended this too late at night, hahaha. Got to head to bed now...

https://www.novelupdates.com/series/the-world-of-otome-games-is-tough-for-mobs/

This is the main Title, typical harem isekai stuff (however in an otome game setting). Pretty meh to bad after the first arc if you ask me.

His sister from Japan was also Isekai'd, and she plays the Villainess role (she's not his sister after Isekai).

In the spin-off she's the heroine, and it's so much much better.

The spin-off used to be released as one chapter releases at the end of every volume since Volume 3, but now it's getting it's own LN (and hopefully manga as well). Iroincally enough, while the premise of the story is that of a "mob character in insekai", only the spin off gets it right

Ofc to understand the spin off you need to atleast understand the basics of the main story

There's a FAQ with links on r/mobuseka

I remember when Shrimpy read my P5 review and he said he got deja vu because it read too much like his Cold Steel 2 experience.

Sounds not too different from my later CS experience. XD

I mean, me playing P1-2 is a gargantuan maybe because of how not good their gameplay has aged. But they are fundamentally different from what came after.

P3-5 and onwards is dead to me tho. I absolutely want nothing to do with them.

Wanna know the funnier bit? P5 is missing so much QoL compared to Royal that I am shocked P5 vanilla wastes your time even more than Royal.

Nah, I'd rather tell people to play good games instead.
