Tbh I really haven't noticed it slowing down, but I've been pretty evenly bouncing between the wild af side quests (shoorei pippi \o/) and the main story that it's kept me engaged all around. I think I'm far enough into 13 Sentinels that I have a grasp on the general plot. I look forward to finishing the game so I can view the cutscenes in chronological order, then everything will make sense... probably. They give you enough points to unlock every Mystery File, right?
