Would older CYL winners (especially #2 ones) see use now if they got their newer Prf skills?

Summer Ephraim getting Sunlight Bangle is what made me want to ask this, but then we got Teatime Lysithea with a brand new Prf skill of her own out of nowhere too, which leaves Camilla as the only #2 winner without a Prf skill. While Mastermind overlaps with Dark Spikes T's refine, off the top of my head I don't think there are any other overlaps like that and it made me wonder if there were any older units who would suddenly see a lot more use now, as happened with B!Hector post-refine.

Feel free to imagine what would happen if Ike and Lyn got an Aether variant and Flame!Lyn's Prf skill respectively too. What do you think would happen?

Absolutely. They're uber-popular characters, after all, fans would want to use them.

I can't recall what the various Prf skills do off the top my my head, but I imagine there's a huge gulf between the best and the rest. Mastermind is probably amazing, but the latest Aether is pretty old these days no?

Honestly, Ike just needs a new Prf skill in general because Radiant Aether (aka Aether with just a slightly lower cooldown and nothing else) is complete ass compared to pretty much any other Prf skill.

Also, CYL Veronica in particular would need a new Prf skill because staff units can't use Enclosure. And yes, Enclosure apparently does have inherit restrictions (which just excludes staff units from inheriting it) despite being a Prf Special.
