  1. Yeah, I only really accounted for promoting ASAP across all classes, promoting at level 20 across all classes, or promoting at level 10 if possible(otherwise ASAP) across all classes. Accounting for weird combinations like promoting ASAP in the first class then at level 20 in the second would have been too much work.
  2. I found this out for certain by leveling my Delthea with the Star Jacinth. Now, Delthea has a base 70% attack growth. The Star Jacinth adds 30% to this. Her class growth rate in attack is 5%. Meaning, if the class growth rates are indeed added to character growth rates, she'd have an 105% attack growth, meaning there's a small chance she'd get a +2 to attack every level, and is guaranteed to gain at least 1 point in attack, while if they weren't, she'd just have an 100% growth, and would always gain just 1 point in attack, no exceptions. My Delthea got two levels where she gained +2 to attack. I don't know if there's still any doubt about whether the player class growths are used or not, but if there is, well there shouldn't be any more.
  3. Since I'm lazy, I'll just copy/paste the OP of my topic I made about it on GameFAQs: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Xw5yCdSGShXxYaf6TDRSv5acbR6H4PrkHLhzpoR1v-E/edit?usp=sharingWhen it comes to what time to promote your units, there seems to be three main camps, those who promote as soon as possible, those who promote at level 10(if able), and those who wait until level 20. I have accounted for all three of these groups. In the level column, you'll notice that there will be numbers separated by slashes. The last number is the level the unit is at in their current class(which is listed in the class column) while the previous numbers are the levels they promoted at in their previous classes. For instance, level 7/10/20 Gold Knight Clive is a level 20 Gold Knight Clive who promoted from Paladin at level 10 and Cavalier at level 7. Note that I did not include the averages for every single level, as that would be ridiculously time consuming, especially when I'm already accounting for the different levels one might promote at. Feel free to point at any mathematical errors I may have made, as well as ask any questions you may have. Hopefully you'll find this resource useful. Anyway, yeah. Feel free to use these for your statistical arguments or to see how RNG blessed/screwed you are or whatever.
  4. All right, I just made an alternative patch that reverses recruitment according to the order recruited in Ephraim mode as opposed to Eirika mode. More details in the "Ephraim RR" tab of this google doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1m2fj_tF9YE-WERBbEo_x4nYVxURQHjqQHIjktSo8qF4/edit#gid=1766060293
  5. 1&3. IEDIT: Oh, and I'm well aware of the issue with L'Arachel's name, but am unsure how to fix it. just released a new patch that addresses both of these concerns, in addition to reducing the durability of Master Seals to 1. Siege tomes have been restored to their original weight, while Caellach no longer comes with a Hoplon Guard. Valter still comes with a Fili Shield though, both because it makes no sense for Franz to carry one and because I find it useful for raising Myrrh pre-Dragonstone. 2. Unique weapons with only a limited number of copies available in the game have infinite uses, so as to avoid invoking Too Awesome to Use. In the Rapier's case, only up to 3 copies are available, one from the prologue, one from chapter 9(Lyon's route), and one when Eirika joins in CC. They can be wielded by Ismaire, Joshua, Marisa, and Eirika. 4. I'm no good at editing palettes, so someone else would have to do it for me. As BlueTetri said, you should promote him with a Guiding Ring or Master Seal. Eirika comes pre-promoted, Ephraim doesn't. EDIT: I'm well aware of the issue with L'Arachel's name btw, but don't know how to fix it.
  6. I'd like to point out that Ryoma's immortality isn't just due to good evade, but also because he has pretty good HP(especially for Fates) and his defenses, while low, aren't like Charlotte or Hana tier bad, so those rare times when he actually gets hit, he can usually survive it.
  7. Yeah, Bow users(sans Alm) in Gaiden had their OP range balanced out by terrible stats.
  8. She was under FE9 and 10. And if she'd had 11 and 12 options, I'd imagine they'd have used Aimee, since they kept Dheginsea's name consistent for both his FE9 and FE10 options.
  9. NA or European? https://www.gamefaqs.com/wii/932999-fire-emblem-radiant-dawn/saves Gamefaqs has plenty to choose from.
  10. So to burn RNs, can I just select a unit and move the cursor in circles like in the GBA games?
  11. Heather should be much higher. Disarm + Steal is incredibly useful utility. I'd put her at about 7/10.
  12. Give disarm to Bowgun Shinon. When used in conjunction with Heather's steal, funds and weapons become a non-issue.
  13. Rolf's Bow has a high weapon exp yield of 4, but other than having two more might and 5 less durability, is identical to the Iron Bow. It's basically there for B and C rank bow users to get their bow rank up fast.
  14. Well, I figured someone could hack a growth above 100 in order to test it. Thanks for your response though.
  15. So, I know it will give 3 stats whenever you level a unit it with them, unless only one or two stats aren't capped. But I do have a few questions, namely: Are the three stats completely random, or weighted by the unit's growths? Can 100+% growths fail to proc in a BEXP level? Will 200+% growths only yield one stat in a BEXP level? Can 0% growths(such as Rafiel's strength) proc in a BEXP level? I'm rather curious.
  16. I tried using her once on easy, and I had to make her grind on a priest while wielding an iron lance forged to have as low might and high weight as possible to get her trained. It's appalling how godawful her bases are.
  17. I managed to get a working ISO and am now hacking RD! Now if only I could remember how to mark topics as solved....
  18. Figured out the problem. The ISO is apparently corrupted. I probably should have tried to see if the ISO actually worked first.
  19. So I'm trying to hack FE10, but I'm having trouble decompressing FE10Data.cms. Whenever I try to decompress it, I get an error telling me that the "Index was outside the bounds of the array." Any idea what I can do to solve this?
  20. I'm having trouble decompressing FE10Data.cms. Whenever I try to decompress it, no matter what decompressor I use(I've tried Nintenlords and Batch-LZ77), I get an error telling me "Index was outside the bounds of the array". What do I do? EDIT: Nvm, I'd been working with a corrupted ISO.
  21. There seems to be some art of characters we don't have in game yet, like Camus, Narcian, Fem Robin, and Ursula. I'm betting we'll see them in the next update. Definitely hoping in Narcian's case.
  22. That only has the first verse though.
  23. Eirika wasn't in the trailer, only the site artwork. She, along with Ike, doesn't even have a profile at the bottom yet, unlike the rest of the characters in that image, which only further leads me to believe characters from other games will be added later. In fact, I'm betting they'll be adding characters by game.
  24. Since only units from those games have appeared in the trailer, I'd imagine the initial roster will have Shadow Dragon, Binding Blade, Blazing Blade, Awakening, and Fates characters.
