I would like to see challenge maps and DLC characters from the past games (with proper portraits, ect like the amibo units).

Favourite: Terrain effects. I love these subtle little effects that can pull you out of a bad situation. Least favourite: Marriage.

I think my level of interest in Fates will depend on the post release reception of the American release, since I'll have to wait for the PAL release. I'll no doubt hear little things about the game here and there, so if it turns out to be Fire Emblem: The Dating Simulator, my interest will be lower. But so far I've seen things that do look quite good, like including characters such as Ike, as well as PvP.

Top 5 females: Micaiah. I wasn't particularly fond of the Mickster originally, but through time she made her way to being one of my favourites. I find her occasional goofiness quite endearing. Mia. I like Mia's personality and design. She's a carefree spirit who enjoys what she does, it's hard not to like her. Nephenee. It was pretty close between her and Mia. I'm not too interested in Neph's personality, but I really like her design and colour. She also has a pretty cool class in the Lancer. Elincia. Elincia I find pretty cool, she also works great as an Endgame unit. Laura. She's one of my favourite healers (although there are 3 on this list), and I've never had a bad experience with her. She usually has great level-ups and her promoted design is pretty cool. Top 5 males. Zelgius. This may come as no surprise, but Zelgius is my favourite character. A great leader and has tremendous power. Tibarn. I like this guy because he is so reliable and powerful. He's my favourite Laguz royal. Also, "to wing, brothers!" lol Haar. This guy is great, one of the best overall units in the game. One thing that caught my attention of him is his ability to end chapter 2/E quickly. Ike. Another monster, this guy is like a juggernaut. Levail. I really like Levail, he might not be a playable character but I always found him pretty cool. I just wish he got to have a shot at those corrupt senators.

I really like the BK badge. Now he really does fight for Micky.

My single favourite moment in FE was RD's 'The Crossing' scene. I thought it was great seeing the two sides clashing with the commanders present, then seeing Ranulf and his boys try to jump Zelgius was pretty cool. With that being said, I have a few others. I thought almost everything L'Arachel said was funny in SS. Flavia and Basilio's support conversations in Awakening were pretty funny too, Basilio awkward questions were hilarious.

Come to think of it, a demo to keep European players going might happen since there's no release date here yet.

My first FE game was Awakening. After that, I played Shadow Dragon which I found alright. Then I moved onto Radiant Dawn, which became my favourite FE game. After that, I went to Blazing Sword and then Sacred Stones. I'd love to get my hands on the elusive PoR, but the cheapest price I see for that is around £80+. I definitely enjoy the older games, and would actually prefer if the newer direction swayed back to the older style a little. I've yet to play Fates, mind you, so I'm saying that based off the impressions and things I've heard about the game.

I guess for the highest damage number you'd be looking at something like LB/Aggressor/*faire/Luna(or Ignis)/ something like All Stats +2 with the highest forged single strike weapon you can find.

I would agree with most of this, although I would like to see the departure of marriage (post game in the ending descriptions I don't mind) and the avatar creation.

That's true, I was genuinely disappointed when I first seen Ragnell's ranged attack in this game.

My streetpass team is a themed team based off Tellius (mostly Begnion). I figure if the opposing player wants a serious challenge they will try something like Apotheosis, which my team can't come close to, so why not make it a fun/interesting team? By doing this I ended up experiencing little things that I had previously overlooked. For example, my team has a lot of Tellius-based weapons, so in looking for a sword similar to Alondite I came across Alm's Blade. Not only does it look similar, but it also has a fitting description and a nice little sword icon. For me this squeezed a little more life out of the game, plus it could be a nice little experience for other FE players who might recognise the theme.

I just recently completed this game, and while it wasn't the hardest FE game ever I did really enjoy it. One thing I liked in particular was the characters. I thought L'Arachel was hilarious, it didn't take long for her to become one of my favourites.

I would love to see to the Black Knight as a playable character, I voted for him in the last ballot. As for returning characters, I don't really play the game too much, but I would like to see Ike back. I'm not too bothered about the rest, although it would be nice to see Micky playable.

Does anyone have any skill build ideas for a +skill/-luck Morgan with Stahl!Severa? Also, what would be better for Chrom supporting Sumia, charm or Dual Guard+?

I've been trying to stay away from story/character details until the PAL release, other than things like character builds, so I don't know too much about Corrin. With that being said, from the little I have seen of Corrin I'm not too interested in the character.

Is it possible to implement hacked save files to play on a Wii console? I hear that if done the game can register the modified save file as corrupt.

That's hilarious, that would be so uncomfortable for the other characters there.

I first learned about Awakening by reading a review about it on the UK official Nintendo magazine. I thought the game looked nice and decided to give it a try, there wasn't really much else to it. From Awakening I played other games, such as Radiant Dawn (which became my favourite), and the next FE game I'm planning to get is the Sacred Stones after I complete HHM. I like the series because with each new game I learn something about the series that for whatever reason I didn't know or just disregarded, for example when I first played Blazing Sword it really drilled into my head the importance of the environment a unit is in and the weapon triangle.

Is it possible to get the renewal skill when playing a Conquest file since the skill is learned by a Birthright class?

I voted Alondite, Wishblade, Double Bow, and Rexaura. Alondite because it was BK's weapon; Wishblade because I really like the weapon itself, plus Levail is pretty cool; Double Bow because of its power; and Rexaura because I like to give it to micky.

Are the cipher units capable of gaining the dlc classes? It's a shame you can't make Minerva a Wyvern rider. Awesome, thanks! I don't know how I missed this.

Awesome, can't wait to see Minerva. I don't think anyone has got any pictures of her in action yet.
