If you must use Grails, please spend them to get Fargus and not Brigand Boss. Or alternatively, just get literally any Axe Infantry Grail unit who released after Brigand Boss because all of them are better than him.

Meanwhile, these are the bottom five playable characters from Engage: Saphir: 368th, 74 votes Lindon: 345th, 97 votes Bunet: 292nd, 158 votes Madeline: 257th, 201 votes Vander: 248th, 215 votes No big surprises here, but it should be noted that Seadall (246th) only got 3 more votes than Vander. I get that Seadall is in FEH, but I still didn't expect him to place that low. Hyacinth finished last among all Engage characters at 404th with 38 votes. Seforia was second to last at 374th with 68 votes while Morion placed between Lindon and Bunet at 304th with 142 votes.

Not sure where you got 15 from, as that isn't correct whether you just count the Emblem Rings or the Rings and the Bracelets. I hope you’re right because this definitely didn’t happen last time. Fallen Edelgard got fifth last time and denied characters like Embla, Legendary F!Shez, NY Askr & Embla, Legendary Ninian, etc. a shot at the VG stage.

Oh don't worry, I'm considering that a very distinct possibility too. Winter Edelgard would also just be skill fodder for me if she wins. After all, I've already purged my barracks of all the Edelgards I had (including Flame Emperor) except for the one who has Altina attached to her. They're all characters that Daisuke Izuka drew in FEH. I imagine Izuka wanted to include Validar since he was the latest character that he drew.

Fallen Edelgard also gets to be on two of the new Weekly Revival banners, too. As always, Daisuke Izuka didn’t need to go that hard but I am very glad and grateful that he did.

Winter Edelgard is guaranteed to get into the top 8, so we all better just accept that now. Now, if Fallen Edelgard somehow gets back into the VG stage, then that may well be a legitimate breaking point for me. I can tolerate Summer Edelgard & Altina getting in as a second Edelgard, but definitely not Fallen.

Just for the record, Emblem Marth is the sixth if you count Masked Lucina fifth Sword Infantry version of Marth. That's just slightly excessive, in my opinion.

But if I could have anyone from the Top 20s, then the winners would be: Leo (1st) & Alcryst (2nd), Ivy (1st) and Azura (2nd).

Off the top of my head, we still have these guys for options: Thales / Arundel, Kostas, Lonato, Miklan, Metodey, Pallardo, Gwendal, Nader, Randolph, Ladislava, Fleche if IS ever remembers that she exists, etc. And yes, every one of those names is a valid option for a GHB unit since we have Brigand Boss as a GHB unit. I'd assume that was the main reason. And if it is, then that is a really dumb reason when they thought that Otr (only has 650 all time CYL votes) could sell as Mythic on his own. Characters taking a nose dive in CYL votes after getting added into the game pretty much happens to everyone. If you want an extreme example, there's Nils. He got 2,336 votes and 78th place in CYL4. In CYL5, he only got 196 votes and 327th place.

Oh right, I forgot the bit where 100% hit rates in general don't exist in FE5. Thank you for reminding me. Yeah, that's unfortunately a possibility as well. Nemesis should've been a Mythic Hero too, and we all know how that ended.

It's even funnier when you remember that Tina starts with just 1 Skl in FE5. If I have my information correct, a unit in FE5 needs at least 10 Skl for healing staves to stop having the chance to miss. So, this is just Tina trying to pass off a "her problem" as an "everyone's problem". Because without using Crusader Scrolls to boost Tina's Skl growth, she likely isn't getting to 10 Skl anytime soon with her 25% Skl growth.

We're getting a new Light Mythic at the very least. And with that in mind, I don't Nergal is happening at this point. If we get a second new Mythic, they should be either Astra or Anima and be one of the bonus Mythics for the week of February 6th. Personally, I can't see Nergal being anything but a Dark Mythic and there's definitely no way he'd be a Light Mythic. Athos, though, could still happen since I imagine he'd probably be an Anima Mythic.

The FEH anniversary stuff is starting on January 30th this year, so the CYL results getting announced slightly before that date checks out.

With Eitr and Arcane Nihility, only Beast Cavs can inherit Arcane Nihility. If I counted correctly, there are only 20 Beast Cavs (including Eitr herself) total while there are 1,055 units overall.

That Paralogue Jotari mentioned where you save Eyvel? That map is quite possibly the dumbest map in the entire series. Simply put, it’s a fog of war map (and in FE5, you can’t see the map at all if it’s under fog) that is also littered with warp tiles. The purpose of said warp tiles is to trap and kill your units.
