This is a Revelation file, and I have skills for just about everybody available on that route. At the moment most of my slots are given over to Corrin-only-romance characters (Reina, Gunter, Shura, Flora, Fuga) with skills from outside their class sets. Most of them are designed to be somewhat synergistic or defensively useful (Bowfaire & LaD on Shura, Bowfaire and Bowbreaker on Reina, Wary Fighter and Pavise on Gunter), but I have plenty of other skills for them I might rotate through, especially on Flora.

The other slots are just whatever units people have asked me for, or unusual skillsets I've cobbled together (Wyvern Lord Elise with Axefaire, Certain Blow, and Death Blow, etc.). I have Aptitude for every character but none of the units have it equipped because it seems easy enough to acquire Aptitude from other sources so I figured people would appreciate semi-rare things. Movement +1 on characters without easy Outlaw access is pretty common filler, as is Renewal on people who can't get Shrine Maiden/Monk. Requests filled if people have them, but I don't have every skill. Just all the ones I've been able to scavenge off SF and Reddit castle exchanges and skill shop castles.

Castle has limited facilities and no food because of statues. All units are on Hold and there's a clear path straight to the throne... or that's what they're supposed to be doing, so inform me if they're not (when units get switched in the game loves to set them to Attack and put them on the throne so I may forget).

When you go to someone else's My Castle, there's a 'Buy their Avatar Card' option. That option allows you to add them to your Calling Card list so you can find them much easier than looking through a huge list of My Castles.

Edit: You create your own 'Calling Card' which is your My Castle Address when you first update your own My Castle. You just can't enter your own My Castle is all via a Calling Card since you automatically enter your own My Castle after you finish a chapter/skirmish/DLC chapter.

I think that the calling cards you are seeing in people's sigs are them saving their ingame cards as screenshots to Miiverse. You can then access Miiverse on your computer and use the screenshots online.
